“Great house! Perfect location for us, (3 couples) lantern festival in Philly, then to Nemours Estate-which was amazing, and Longwood Gardens. House is clean, and cozy, kitchen is well stocked, and beds are comfortable! Lots of charm! Communication with the hosts was Outstanding, very friendly and wanted to make sure we had a great stay, which we did! Loved the basket of goodies and coffee too. Would definitely stay here again. Many thanks!!”

“Property was in a great location, and hosts were responsive and very nice. House was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen had all the necessities for our stay. The front bedrooms do have road noise which made it a little hard for me to sleep but the back bedrooms didn't hear the noise. Overall a great stay. ”

“Communication is respectful and welcoming. The property is gorgeous. I’ve never seen such healthy gardens in my life; just the sight of them gave me positive energy. The home is clean and well equipped. Each room has its own air conditioner and sound machine which serves multiple people who have different preferences. We had a quiet and all around pleasant stay; and with an easy drive to wherever we want to go, I would definitely book again and for a longer time. ”

“We hosted our wedding at Rich's property. My husband's side of the party is all from Canada so it was great to be able to have them stay where we were having the ceremony. We were able to enjoy time with loved ones all weekend rather than just a few hours.The house is very large and has mostly everything you would need and is close to places like Wegmans and target for anything additional you might want.Rich was very responsive when we had a few requests and everyone loved staying here.”

“This property is amazing and the house is so spacious and pristine. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen with the large island and well stocked cabinets. Staying on a horse farm was unique and so peaceful. We loved interacting with the horses and the trainer there even gave someone in our party a riding lesson. The house is located within 1/2 hour from West Chester, Longwood Gardens, Chadds Ford, and Kennett Square so there was plenty to do. It was an awesome stay. ”
