  • Esta hermosa propiedad se encuentra entre 3 acres en los altos pinos Ponderosa en el hermoso bosque de Kaibab. Hay 2 cabañas en la propiedad incluidas en el precio. La cabina principal cuenta con una hermosa cocina con encimeras de granito, una sala de estar con una gran chimenea de piedra y una televisión de pantalla plana. Hay un loft espacioso increíble con capacidad para 5-7 personas. Hay un dormitorio en la planta baja con una cama de matrimonio y baño completo. Esta cabaña tiene un gran porche cubierto para sentarse y observar la puesta de sol, leer un libro, observar aves o simplemente disfrutar del hermoso paisaje y el clima. La cabina de invitados cuenta con una gran sala de estar con televisión, minibar, nevera y baño con ducha. Esta cabina también tiene una sala de juegos GRANDE equipada con una televisión de pantalla plana, mesa de ping pong y mesa de póquer / juego. ¡Hay un montón de juegos, tarjetas, libros y juguetes para mantener a todos entretenidos! Esta cabaña también tiene dos habitaciones en planta alta. Una habitación tiene una cama queen, la otra tiene una cama king-size. Fuera de la cabina principal hay un hermoso patio pavimentado con un columpio de banco de madera, pozo de fuego (madera suministrada), barbacoa de propano y un pozo de herradura de tamaño reglamentario. Hay un montón de espacio para que los niños jueguen en la propiedad. Estamos a 23 minutos al oeste de Flagstaff, a 9 minutos de Bearizona ya unos 11 minutos al este de la histórica ruta 66 de la ciudad de Williams, AZ. Además, está aproximadamente a una hora de nuestra puerta al borde sur del Gran Cañón y poco menos de una hora a la hermosa ciudad de Sedona con acantilados de rocas rojas y hermosos senderos. Un montón de excursiones cercanas y cosas que hacer. Varios pequeños lagos para pescar en las cercanías. ¡Traiga su hamaca, hay numerosos pinos en la propiedad para relajarse debajo! Property is rustic, not fancy, but clean and comfortable. It met our needs for a 3 generation family vacation. Host responds quickly to questions and concerns.

Family getaway

Perfect space for everybody!!! Kitchen well stocked with everything you need. Beautiful property to enjoy every minute. We loved this place.

Williams, AZ Cabin

This place was awesome, we stayed with the family over Christmas week with kids of all ages and there was something to do for everyone. The place could use a good deep cleaning and some attention to detail, but overall we enjoyed our time here.

Beautiful area

The property itself is great. The kids had a blast running around and enjoying the different things to play with in the yard. The cabins have everything you need they could just use a little TLC. Overall I fun weekend and we would stay again.

It looked like the cleaning crew before didn’t do their job before we checked in. Trash outside and inside. I don’t expect things to be perfect but spider webs all over the inside of the cabins. The ping pong paddles were broken and look like they haven’t been replaced in years. The beds were like sleeping on rocks. I had to move to the couch because the beds were so uncomfortable. Worst beds I have ever slept on. Both cabins just need some love. Overall it worked for us but not worth the money. Someone needs to come and spend some time fixing it up as they clearly haven’t been in it or slept on the beds especially the main cabin downstairs bed was awful. Wish we would have looked in other surrounding areas.

Great Property With Something for Everyone

Awesome location. It is a residential neighborhood, but it's quiet and the lots are large and wooded so it still feels secluded. The 6 year old had a blast with all the entertainment options (zip line was his favorite by far) and the adults enjoyed the conveniences of the cabin and outdoor grilling area. We spent one lazy day on the property and the rest of our 8 day stay was spent visiting area lakes, the Grand Canyon, Williams, Bearizona, etc. Would definitely recommend and visit again.

First Family Vacation

This cabin was so amazing, very much like a home away from home. We love the snow, this was the first time my kids have in person seen snow and played in snow. Our old kids did complain of the no wifi but it was a good thing, they put the phones down and had fun having snow ball fights, making angels, smores and becoming kids again instead of wanting to be adults. We definitely want to plan a spring or summer vacation here. This cabin is beautiful. Thank you so much. Its was a great and much needed break from the city.

Our Favorite Place!

My husband and I have now stayed here four times and it’s our favorite place, we look forward to it every year! Christianna and her husband Joe are incredibly helpful and responsive. They have added amenities to the property since we first went in 2021, so now it’s even more perfect for us bringing our toddler son. We always leave saying we wish we had another day or two! There is so much to do in the cabins and on the property, plus the Deer Farm nearby, Bearizona and exploring Williams. We just got home yesterday and already can’t wait to go back! Thank you Joe and Christianna for sharing your incredible place with us!

Perfect stay for our large group

We loved our stay here for our large group (6 adults 6 small children). The structure in the photo with the garage door is the second (guest) cabin. Property was stocked with copious amounts of wood for the outdoor fire pit, main fireplace in the main cabin, and wood stove in the guest cabin. So many utensils and accessories in the main kitchen. Nice televisions with plenty of apps (bowl games!) and internet worked great. We never left property for the two nights we stayed. I read a few reviews where people complained about cabins being "rustic." Lol. Not sure what people expected, but cabins were perfect mix nature, cabin feel, and plenty of modern amenities. Hard to find a place in this part of the state with all of the amenities and space to house a large group for this price. Bed in main cabin was a little hard - couldn't handle more than 2 nights on that bed. But that's my only criticism. Kids got a ton of use out of play structure and zipline. Game room in guest cabin was huge and the garage door opens up if you want fresh air. Houses were cold when we arrived but warmed up really quickly with use of fire and space heaters (provided). The main cabin does have central air. Would definitely stay again.

Renters beware

This was by far the worst rental we've ever had. The owner was awful. One cabin had no heat, we had no water, there is no wifi, no washer or dryer, when the water does work you are limited to a certain amount of water you can use, and the place is a dump, it was a very unsafe place to be, and the owners did nothing to help. We had to leave and go stay elsewhere. After I told the owner our concerns she turned around and accused us of lying. I have a receipt for the other houses I rented during our stay to prove this. The owner accused us of breaking things and stealing some old nasty pillows. They will not be upfront with you. Please do yourself a favor and do not rent here. Owner claims her daughter is the cleaner and they will accuse you of every and anything just to try and get money. The place is very old and dirty. It is in a horrible location. We took videos of the place when we got there and videos when we left. Glad we were smarter than the owner.

Wish we stayed longer!

We had a wonderful time in Williams, AZ and Ponderosa retreat was icing on the cake. The cabins were cozy with everything we needed. Board games, zip line, fire pit and a little play set for our kiddos. Cabins were lovely decorated. We will definitely be coming back!

Beautiful Place

Had a great time at these cabins. Was perfect for the 10 of us. Only feedback is it could use a good scrubbing. Spider webs, dusty blinds, etc. Otherwise great place!! Would come back for sure!

Beautiful setting

Zipline was a hit for the kids 3yrs-14yrs. The setting was beautiful my grown children brought and hung up travel hammocks. It was a nice location in proximity to Williams and other attractions. The property management just needs to make sure there are plenty of towels and to spray for bugs and spiders in the small house. We were 12 people with 10 bath towels but we had some beach towels. Also no on sight laundry

Family Fun

Again, we enjoyed the stay and is perfect for the family gathering. Love the game room garage and how it opens to a beautiful forest view, especially during a monsoon afternoon storm. We played cornhole, wiffle ball, ping pong, poker, and frisbee golf. Also a great location for Williams activities and golf.
