This house was perfect for us to celebrate my daughter’s small intimate family wedding. The rooms were large and spacious, and the multiple bedrooms and bathrooms accommodated our family well. The pool table and other games upstairs were great for the kids.The hot tub was relaxing with beautiful views of the mountains. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, plates, cups, glassware and serving trays that were also perfect for our occasion. The communication from AvantStay through texts and emails was great. We received check-in information a few days before our arrival and then they texted us while we were there to make sure things were going well and we had what we needed. I would love to stay there again in the future!

Beautiful House With Wonderful Views

Wonderful Views and plenty of space for our group. Just a short 10 min walk to Crescent Moon Park and Oak Creek. Perfect size for our group. Large kitchens and bedrooms. Bathrooms were huge! The kitchen counters and some cabinets and closets seemed like they were made for giants! We ate most dinners on the deck at the table for 12 and had wonderful views of Pyramid Rock. I would definitely consider staying here again. Wonderful stay at AvantStay's Pyramid House!

Family reunion

Although we had a great stay and the location and layout were amazing we did have some issues. For the house have 2 large kitchens the knives and pans were lacking. We ended up going out and buying our own. The other issue we had were with some of the showers and tubs. There was no water pressure in some of the bathrooms

Sedona Home

I would be remiss if we didn’t express our disappointment of the condition of the home from a cleaning perspective and overall condition. This was a very expensive weekly rental and we have pictures of windows, counters and refrigerators that were filthy and had hand prints all over them upon our arrival. The over all condition of the home is rough with dust on cabinets, loose tiles in bathroom and water stains on the floor in the main level 1/2 bath. The issue with the septic tank pumping brown water on to the yard was also discussing to us all as we sat on the deck and smelled it. Some of the faucets are also not fully functional. The description also said there were 7 bedrooms when in fact there is only 5 as the other rooms do not have dressers or closets so they do not qualify as a bedroom. Just sharing our collective experience and we do plan to share this feedback and pictures on the reviews.

SUPER DELUXE MANSION IN THE SKY!

This was more than just a VRBO rental. It was one of the highlights of our trip. This place made our get-away twice as fun. Game tables, room to spread out, and quality everything. Fantastic!

Amazing stress-free stay in beautiful home.

I stayed in this home with my husband and 7 of our friends for my 40th birthday and it was an amazing experience. Booking was simple and efficient, and as soon as we booked Avant Stay was ready to assist to answer questions and help make our trip as smooth and enjoyable as possible. They helped answer questions, make suggestions about activities and made a point to call and check in with me regarding any needs ahead of our stay. The property is beautiful, and the spaciousness is unmatched. It’s a great home to spread out in and be comfortable with adults. We enjoyed the beautiful views, the games and activities, and the fire places and hot tub. One of the bathrooms also has an amazing steam shower that was very relaxing after a long day of hiking. All in all, one of my best rental experiences. If I’m ever in Sedona again, I’ll be back!

Beautiful, fun and spacious!

Everything about the property was fantastic! We rented the home for a little reunion / get together with our friends from out of state (and country) before our wedding, and we had a blast! There were lots of games and entertaining options, the rooms were large and luxurious, and everything was extremely clean and convenient! It was fantastic!

Location! Location! Location!

We are “locals. We needed a retreat for a multi-generational gathering. We have had other accommodations fall short of our expectations with regard to the comfort of individual family groups. This Home (emphasis on home) exceeded expectations.
