“This was a perfect little basement apartment, it was very clean and tidy, had good amenities. The host was very nice and easy to communicate with, check in was smooth and easy, it was a great stay with no issues.”

“It is a brand new basement unit with a private entrance. Well equiped (air con, heating, kitchen...). Very suitable for a family of four. 5 min drive to downtown moncton and Champlain mall (Walmart, superstore, giant tiger). 20 min drive to Shediac which is a very famous touristic spot in summer ( well known for nice beaches and seafood restaurants). This unit is budget wise that offers enjoying nearby beaches without spending money in hotels. The owner is very polite, cheerful and responsive.”

“I wish I could give a better review. But at best, all I can say is “VERY disappointing”. No air conditioning. Not, 2 steps to entering the house, there were 2 cement stones leading up a to a loose gravel walkway (and steep) to find out as you open the door, there are 16 steps in total, up to the kitchen/living area, down to the bedrooms and full bath. On top of the garbage that was piled up outside, not just a little but weeks and weeks worth, the “spongy” soft board on the deck (major accident...
