Room could use a little TLC with things like a broken soap dish in the shower, but we are an active outdoor couple and don't need grand comfort. You are in the tropical jungle so expect bugs. “As for the Panorama room! Views are amazing. Also go to the green hut restaurant at the end of the beach (off the resort, the curry Lambi (conch) is amazing)! Duane was amazingly helpful and all the other gems!”

There aren't any major restaurants, supermarkets or other commodities near by so walk with any snacks you may like, but the freedom of being in nature, eating local fruits on the property, being able to hear yourself think without distraction was well worth it.”

“One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in! The rooms, staff, grounds, pool and food are all amazing! Everyone is so kind and helpful, you literally want for nothing while you are there. We almost didn’t leave the resort lol! Can’t say enough about this hotel and staff! Thanks for taking great care of us during our stay!”

“The property is clean and well-maintained. However, the after-hours check-in process could be improved to make it smoother for guests arriving late or after hours. Additionally, the AC in the living room was not working, but it did work in all our bedrooms. Lastly, the shade umbrellas at the pool need maintenance. They are all broken in some way. The pool is on an exposed rooftop with no shade, so having functional working umbrellas would be a great improvement.”

“Interesting experience When I first got to the hotel, it took my driver a good 10 minutes driving around to find the reception. There are no signs. Then, I walked up the stairs to the reception and asked for someone to help with my 3 heavy bags, the woman at the desk just looked at me. Meanwhile, my driver thankfully, carried all 3 bags up the stairs in the time she’d managed to call a colleague.
