“The rooms were clean yet a bit outdated. The plumbing was tricky and there were no options for dinner outside the hotel.”

“Just not that this is an escape.from everyday life. There aren't any major restaurants, supermarkets or other commodities near by so walk with any snacks you may like, but the freedom of being in nature, eating local fruits on the property, being able to hear yourself think without distraction was well worth it.”

“As for the Panorama room! Views are amazing. Also go to the green hut restaurant at the end of the beach (off the resort, the curry Lambi (conch) is amazing)! Duane was amazingly helpful and all the other gems!”

“Room needs some work bed was shaking the closet and bathroom door couldn't close properly. There was no space for fiolded clothes just some hangers. And to note also if AC needs to be turned off when not in room it should be mention on the website. Bed also was poorley constructed..”

“Our biggest issue was the water. There were 3 bathrooms in the apartment but only one person could shower at a time due to the water pressure. This created a small problem when trying to get ready”

“The property is clean and well-maintained. However, the after-hours check-in process could be improved to make it smoother for guests arriving late or after hours. Additionally, the AC in the living room was not working, but it did work in all our bedrooms. Lastly, the shade umbrellas at the pool need maintenance. They are all broken in some way. The pool is on an exposed rooftop with no shade, so having functional working umbrellas would be a great improvement.”

“Interesting experience When I first got to the hotel, it took my driver a good 10 minutes driving around to find the reception. There are no signs. Then, I walked up the stairs to the reception and asked for someone to help with my 3 heavy bags, the woman at the desk just looked at me. Meanwhile, my driver thankfully, carried all 3 bags up the stairs in the time she’d managed to call a colleague. The colleague brought my bags to the room but first was treating me as if I was a friend he...

“Room dismal and dark, not recommendable. Small balcony, however, the mosquitos impeded any use of that. Restaurant and bar dead. Gardens pristine although paths dangerously slippery.”
