Hoteles cerca de Grand Valley State University en Allendale

“Didn’t meet expectations. There was stain spot on carpet and furniture. ”

“I arrived at the hotel on Monday afternoon. I told them that the room was dirty and the floor was covered in coffee. They told me that they would clean the room on Tuesday. When I arrived on Tuesday night, the floor was just as dirty. When I arrived on Wednesday, the room was just as dirty and had a small cockroach in it. The hotel has been remodeled. The rooms are nice, but the CLEANING IS TERRIBLE. They never take out the trash or change the towels.”

“Hotel accesible con supermercado y restaurantes cerca en carro, Todas las áreas se encontraron limpias a pesar de la nieve y el personal muy amable ”

“The hotel is comfortable and clean, understaffed same person serves as frontdesk and restaurant cashier, service is not bad, but it is not good either. My reservation was for 5 days with breakfast included and they charged me for breakfast, also housekeeping will not clean the room everyday even if you want it to be cleaned and the frontdesk answer is there is no one to do it very weird not customer centric, would recommend if there is no other choice, but would avoid if possible.”

“One word to describe ANY property by LiveSuites. Perfection!”

“Amazing costumer services! ”

“No hacen la habitación a diario. Hay que pedirlo en recepción. Y aún así a veces no la hacen. El desayuno es un aprobado raspado. El café viene genial si tienes estreñimiento. Por lo demás, que no es poco, esta bastante bien. Camas grandes y cómodas. Habitación amplia”

“Nice ”

“Todo bien …. Lo que no nos gustó fue que la limpieza de la habitación no se hizo ninguno de los 3 días que estuvimos en ella”

“The room was very clean and spacious, and the hotel was very clean. Modern amenities. Only complaint is that our friend got a cut and was bleeding and the hotel staff said there were no bandaids or med kits on site. So we had to leave the hotel to purchase bandages”

“La habitación muy bien ”

“Mala experiencia, por el servicio de Housekeeping !!”

“We really enjoyed our stay the Breakfast was amazing and the costumer service was perfect and friendly”

“Needed an overnight stay and this was the perfect place! Excellent location right off the highway and a nice area.”
