“My first night was great, second night, new staff, noticed my small puppy and immediately transferred me and my family to a lower room that smelled like chemicals. We then moved to another room which was a little better smelling. The first night we had a very nice room with our puppy. $250 a night only to get sent to a smelly room once she noticed the pup. Made me a little angry. ”

“Booked this hotel for a mini family getaway, because they have a pool with slide and a hot tub, so our 6year old could have some water fun. Prior booking I phoned to make sure everything was functional. Lady on the phone informed me that the slide was out of order, but assured me that the pool and the hot tub is up and running.
