“The purpose of booking here was the uniqueness of the property! Victorian rooms were super fun.
The kitchen area provided was just ok. No cups provided for coffee maker or water although both were made available. Probably wouldn’t stay here again.”

“The room was clean and modern and staff was responsive. The towels were thin, but okay. We could only get a few YouTube channels on TV and no local channels. There were steps inside the room that need to be marked clearly. Nearly tripped on them twice. Could have used hooks or place to hang clothes. Great location in Hastings though and would stay there again.”

“This was the worst experience we have ever had with a hotel booked through Expedia.
We made the booking around 9:00 p.m. that evening, with payment authorized at 9:51 p.m. We arrived just before 11:30 p.m., which was still within the hotel's stated check-in hours, only to find that the office was already closed.
We immediately called the hotel's listed phone number multiple times, but no one answered. With no way to check in, we had no choice but to leave and drive another hour down the road...
