“Después de 16 horas de viaje, tuve que esperar una hora para la habitación (llegando sobre las 14). Un viaje de negocios sin wifi en la habitación (por más que me decían todos los días que lo arreglarían). Se nota poco mantenimiento en las habitaciones.”

“Very nice hotel to stay. Stayed in the studio room. Helpful staff. Spacious, clean, all the amenities included in the well- designed room. 24-hour restaurant was great, delicious food. Includes private beach with great view. Would definitely stay again and recommend.”

“The rooms were clean and the staff were really nice and helpful”

“The facilities are not good enough to my standards; nevertheless, the personnel of the Hotel is fantastic, all of them are kind, warm and helpful, if I come back there will be because of them not because of the hotel.”

“Amazing hotel! Specially the swimming pool!1”

“This was a quality wonderful stay. The staff was excellent. The vibe was perfect. We all enjoyed our stay”

“Would reccommend.”

“Kind staff, room service available. Difficult to access, especially with flooding, means walking across wooden planks to get there. WiFi very intermittent and slow.”

“Thank you duncun for being a great host”

“Stay away from this property - it seems to be a scam! Despite a confirmed booking by Expedia, upon arrival at Lux Suites the Palm around 8h30pm in the evening, I was told that there was no room available. There was no manager on-site, but the security guard called someone who told him to send us away. The person on the phone said they had been fully booked since the day before and that I had to take up any issue with Expedia. We were unceremoniously sent away late in the evening in an area of...

“Sengen var komfortabelt. Ligger ikke sentralt, langt å gå til alle steder. Det er en omvei å gå til stranden, tok mer enn 10 min å gå. Det er ikke hotel, mer som en Airbnb. Det er en leilighet som har prøvd å gjøre om til hotell. ”

“las fotos de la publicidad no reflejan la realidad las habitaciones son horribles del año 1972 sin reformar no hay ascensor la playa sucia en general todo viejo nada recomendable”

“This was the worse experience I have ever had! We checked in on Saturday. Shortly after a few hours, where I discovered there was no hot water and one of the ACs were broken, we lost complete power. After 2 hours of the host asking us to wait in the dark, I decided to leave and check into another hotel. The whole time I was in the dark, the host kept reassuring me, the power would come back on. After leaving the place, the owner refused to give me refund claiming he did not know I left, when I...

“Booked and paid through expedia, made 9 calls to the host without a response while waiting outside the apartments..An hour later, the host called me to say the apartment was double booked...Taken me a few days for my money to be returned. Expedia should ban such hosts that are fraudulent ...This is typical behaviour of hosts in Mombasa who are ruining the tourism industry in the area..”

“First it is not a hotel but studios. The amenenities are very old, the wall paper was peeling and the neighbourhood feels very insecure for a woman travelling alone. It is 1 km from the beach. There was a lot of noise in the corridors from the other occupants very early in the morning. Overall not the best option for solo travellers”
