"Traverse City area, Home away from Home"

  • Your "Traverse City area" home away from home. 1100 sq. ft. 3 bedroom, 2 bath newly remodeled home on 1.5 acres. Downtown Traverse City is 10 minutes from the front door. The home is fully furnished and ready for you to enjoy. Dogs are welcome for an added pet fee of $25 per day per pet.
    The space
    The kitchen is fully furnished with dishes, pots, and pans. All linens are provided. There is a large flat screen TV in the living room, and in master bedroom. Wi-fi is included. The house has A/C. There is a beautiful deck that over looks the back yard.
    *To help ensure a seamless check-in and added peace of mind during your stay, we’ve installed a smart doorbell camera at the front entrance.

This home was perfect for a quick weekend visit with our son. The home is very clean and welcoming. Pet friendly and very centrally located.

Clean and comfortable. Was able to accommodate our group of 5 adults while staying in the area. Close to Dunes and Traverse City where we spent a lot of our time. Backyard was great for eating our dinner and relaxing around a fire on our free evening. Air conditioning a bit loud, but did a good job of keeping up, so was worth it. Kitchen well stocked for making several of our own meals. Would stay again if return to the area. Thank you!

Perfect home

This was a girls getaway which we are The Golden Girls 1 and this house was perfect for us plenty of room to relax and have our own space of course the table only had 4 chairs but we made it work for playing cards and games. Would stay again here

This was our second stay at this property, and we enjoyed it just as much as the first time. The location is perfect—outside the bustle of Traverse City, but close enough that it’s just a short drive to restaurants, shops, and activities. The beds were very comfortable, and the layout gave all of us plenty of space to relax and spread out. We look forward to coming back again!

Restful and quiet

I found the house well furnished, comfortable, and the setting quiet. I was able to rest well and come and go without worrying about disturbing any neighbor. If coming to the area again, I would definitely consider staying here again.

We stayed for a wedding in the area. Property super close to venue and was very convenient. House was clean and just as represented on line. Beautiful home and accommodations. We Would stay here again. Neighborhood not the most desirable but the home and property was great and made up for the neighborhood.

Beautiful and comfortable home

This house was just as described. It had everything we needed and was very comfortable. We were able to all have our own spaces and watch the Olympics while taking care of our beach laundry! Would definitely stay here again.

Ladies week

We get together every year . We wanted to go to the wineries in the Mission Pointe peninsula but not stay in the city. This place was perfect. It was easy to locate, was clean and very comfortable. We would definitely recommend this property!

The house & grounds were exactly as pictured, and provided our family with a cozy 'base of operations' for wedding-related activities at Bluebridge and in Traverse City. We couldnt have been any more pleased with the accommodations or the location. Our host, Donald, was an excellent communicator.

Worked well for our family of 6 in the Traverse City area. Home was very clean and beds worked great for us. Had all amenities. Location and neighborhood were fine and easy to access. Quiet in PM.

Nice Stay

The house was exceptionally clean! It was as the listing said it would be. Near 31 made it easy to get to where ever we wanted to go. We would stay again and we would recommend this property to others.

Nice, comfortable house just 15 minutes from downtown Traverse City. Only shortcoming was the dining room table. It was a large round high-top, with only 4 chairs. It would be better if there were at least 2 more chairs to accommodate all guests in one sitting, or for games.

Cherry Festival Traverse City

Property was easy to find and exactly as described. I did not receive an email for key code but property manager answered phone promptly and we were able to get in. Easy access to everything we wanted to see, would definitely stay again if we go back.

The Perfect Home Base For Fun

The house was very clean. We used the home as a base for exploring the area. Everything we needed was there, except for the food. This is our second year at this house and we would rent again.

Beds were the best I’ve experienced at a vacation rental. House was clean and well stocked with consumables. Owner responded quickly to a couple of minor questions.One minor problem was that a burner on the stove didn’t ignite on its own, but we got it lit with a match, and then found a lighter in the drawer to the left of the stove.

Clean and Cozy!

The house was extremely comfortable as were the beds. Everything was clean and well taken care of. There was a LOT of snow in the area, but the driveway and path to the house were already shoveled by the time we arrived, which was very kind of the owners to do. Would return! :)
