“Perfect little place to stay right on the lake. 3 bedrooms all with comfy beds. We didn’t spend much time in the house but it was a good base for us to explore the local area a bit and mostly spend time on the lake. Lake access is right across the street. The street isn’t too busy so we had no problem crossing down to the lake. Chairs, a fire pit and some kayaks and a canoe were provided by the lake. Views were great! Hosts were very responsive and check in/check out very easy. Would stay again!...

“The house was perfect. We were in Cooperstown for a baseball tournament and wanted to stay somewhere that had stuff for everyone. Between the pool, fire pit, lake, and beautiful views we had it all! We will be back in 2 years for the same tournament and sincerely hope to stay at the same place. Additionally, the owners are incredibly accommodating and easy to work with. “The house was perfect. We were 14 adults. Everyone had lots of room. The lake and whole back yard was really amazing. The house had everything we needed to cook and relax. The owner had canoes and kayaks for the lake. The hot tub was hot and ready for us. Will definitely stay here again. 5 stars. ”

“Beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood. Pool and basketball court were perfect for the kids. Rooms are perfect with them each having their own bath. Wish they had a few more dishes and pots and pans considering how many people the house can fit but that’s a small thing. Only other minor complaint would be the water pressure in the kitchen sink and bathroom showers is low so be prepared for that. Close to downtown Cooperstown and dreams park if you’re in town for any of those things....
