Enter the building from the side and step into the garage below, where there's space to store skis, boards, and outdoor gear. From the garage, head upstairs to the private upper level of the Chalet Duplex, featuring three bedrooms and two full bathrooms.



The main living area is spacious and comfortable, with two large couches, high-speed internet, and Roku TVs throughout for easy streaming. The kitchen is fully equipped and designed for gathering, with bar seating for three at the counter and a dining table that seats six with bench seating.



The primary bedroom offers a king bed and its own private ensuite bathroom, creating a quiet retreat. The guest bedroom includes a queen bed, and the bunk room features two twin-over-twin bunks. All three bedrooms and the living room are equipped with window air conditioning units (four total) for added comfort on warmer days. With its flexible layout and generous living space, this is a great option for two families or a group of friends visiting the Ellicottville area.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the private upper level of the Chalet Duplex. Entry is through the side of the building, passing through the garage below where you may store skis and outdoor gear, then up the stairway to the unit. The garage is not used for vehicle parking. Off-street parking is available in the driveway. Guests may also use the covered back deck (which has a grill available for guest use) during their stay.
