“The cottage is within a short walk of the sea, the beach is accessible via a steep path after approximately ten minutes. There is a bench to sit on and admire the view of the sea if you don’t fancy the steep path. The cottage itself was spacious, 3 nice bedrooms with the comfiest beds I’ve slept in for a long time. A decent bathroom with a bath and overhead shower and wc. There is also a separate room with a stand alone shower cubicle. The kitchen supplies were brilliant with plenty of crockery...

“We stayed here for Christmas 2023 and really enjoyed our stay. The house is conveniently located in the village of Rollsby, in a quiet location but still close enough to the main roads leading to supermarkets, pubs and other local attractions. Communication from the owners was both helpful and thoughtful. The house was furnished with everything we needed for our stay (and loads more!) and we were grateful that the owners had also put in the extra effort of adding a Christmas tree, fully laid...

“What a great find!!!! Everything was brilliant, the house itself was like a home from home….anything you needed they have thought of!! The location was perfect we only used the car once during our stay to travel to Gorleston. Communication from Melvyn was excellent. Our circumstances for coming to Great Yarmouth were not the best but we still managed to have a great stay and Melvyn was very conciderate of our circumstances and we really appreciated that. I would 100% recommend everyone to stay...

“A nice property - well located close to the beach. However, there were some issues which marred our visit - the Nest controlling the heating and hot water was faulty ( and wasn't replaced during our stay - the engineer hadn't visited before we left) so on occasions there was no hot water although we then found an immersion heater which we could use, the lock to the back doors didn't work with no key so we couldn't secure the property and until the lock was replaced we had to take our valuables...
