I booked this room specifically for the hot tub and pool. Only upon arrival did I see a sign that both these amenities were out of service. I was very disappointed. They did offer to allow me to cancel but I didn’t sue to the fact I had made the plans already and couldn’t last minute make different plans. Still super disappointing!!!

Pool was closed effective April 1st. Expedia did not have this mentioned anywhere on its site. Front desk indicated all patrons received communications… but as I booked on Expedia, I did not… thoroughly disappointed as I selected this property specifically for this amenity

The property is excellent inside and outside. The only thing that was disappointing was the pillows on the King sized bed. All 4 pillows were very small, completely flat and provided for an uncomfortable sleep for both of us.

We had an excellent stay. The room was super clean and the breakfast was good. My only complaint is the kids running and yelling in the hallway until almost 1am. The staff are super friendly.

Located in a convenient spot close to most amenities. Staff at front desk weren't very friendly. Pool area never had cleaned towels. We had to tell front desk staff 3 times during our stay that there were no towels. Front desk staff were annoyed when we asked. We were told there would be a treat for our dog when we arrived and they had none available the day we arrived. We requested an additional cot for our stay. The cot arrived full of dust and with a dirty pillow case. Breakfast was great, the breakfast staff were very friendly and helpful.

Management has spoken to all the departments that stock the towels and also for front desk to keep an eye after hours and during busy hours when we have groups staying at the hotel to make sure towels are available. We do apologize for the inconvenience. We have gone out and bought more treats for our furry guests. We enjoy seeing guests pets happy with a little treat at check in or when they drop by to say HELLO throughout guests stay so we are sorry that we ran out.We hope to see you again.

The room was clean. The pool was nice. The breakfast was great. The only thing that was a bit disapponting was that there were strofoam panels on the ceiling and wall in the bathroom that were duct taped on. Not what i expected to see in a nice hotel.
