“Terrible staff, non-existent customer service, tried to rip me off, terrible architecture and design, over-priced to hell. Another terrible Australian business who knows nothing about customer service in 2026.”

“EVerything you need. Perfect for eastern creek raceway”

“The only issue was the neighbouring residents bordering the property (I don’t know which neighbour) had a dog that barked nonstop into the night and I’m not complaining about the dog, I’m complaining about the dog’s human who didn’t seem to be attending to the dog’s needs. I worried that the poor dog was being neglected.”

“El desayuno muy malo , la imagen del hotel no es buena falta personal y no hay atención en el desayuno decepcionado y mucho ya no pienso coger más hoteles del grupo Accord mucho para los accionarios y poco para los clientes y las presentaciones ”

“Have stayed at this propert ample times & always clean & staff are always helpful.”

“Worst hotel Ever!! For 250 Usd you would expect a pretty decent hotel! This was far from it. Doesnt even have a restaurant!! The staff was very unwilling to help out on anything. I have never complained about hotels, but for the Price i paid and being a mercure which is not bad honestly i expected a lot more and our stay was super poor. Glad we only stayed one night”

“El hotel no esta mal, pero el servicio de aseo es más que pésimo en las habitaciones, el servicio de housekeeping es terrible las camareras solo entran y estiran las cobijas, no limpian el baño no limpian el piso y la loza q sumistran no la lavan. ”

“Nice entry, welcoming staff and large room”

“Rooms were clean, and the staff was friendly. Fiddler next door is a plus for ordering food at any time.”

“The room was lovely”

“The room wasn't cleaned properly or topped up of amenities like tea and coffee. Parking always convenient, room was a little dirty in places. Still a great stay.”

“Unfortunately found a few black hairs in the shower and one in my bed”

“Convenience for our stay. Staff were great.”

“Excellent”

“The property was situated near the rail for our day trip to the blue mountains, also near the shopping centre and the most delightful patisserie cafe. The room was exceptionally clean, quiet and i loved the Morr toiletries. Thank you to the lovely staff who were pleasant and professional.”
