  • Located in Greenville, this gorgeous house features 2 bedrooms with 2 queen beds and 2 full bathrooms. The living room includes a twin-sized daybed with a trundle bed, so you can have a king-sized bed or 2 separate twin beds. Only 12 minutes to downtown Greenville, 8 minutes to downtown Travelers Rest, and less than 5 minutes to Furman University. You’ll feel tucked away on the mountain, while still being minutes from everything this area has to offer. Less than 1-mile from the Swamp Rabbit Trail and next door to Paris Mountain State Park for those who love to hike and bike! 5 minutes from the historic Peddler Steakhouse and hundreds of other wonderful restaurants! With a fire pit, a porch swing bed, furnished screened in porch, and an outdoor grill, guests can relax and unwind in this amazing retreat. We look forward to welcoming you to our place!

This house was so adorable and the area around it was just as beautiful! We loved the porch swing and its proximity to Paris Mountain State Park.

If you're looking for somewhere peaceful and pet friendly in Greenville, then look no further than this property. It's spacious, well-equipped, relatively quiet, and the host is very communicative. If we're ever back in town, this is the first place we'd consider staying again!

We reserved this house because of its close location to the Swamp Rabbit Trail where we went for bicycle ride. Very roomy, clean, excellent furnishings and amenities in all spaces. Private, quiet area with fenced back yard. Host is very informative, pleasant, and responds immediately. I would give more than 5 stars if available!

The house is charming! Combed and linens. Great fenced in back yard for dog. Kitchen is bright, clean, and well apportioned. Peaceful neighborhood and easy short drive to downtown. Five minutes to Furman. Good grocery store near by. Would definitely stay here again!

Everything was just as noted in the description of this charming home. Very clean and super comfortable, which made our stay in Greenville, that much nicer. Kathleen was very attentive from check in to check out and easy to contact. I would definitely recommend this home.

This was a really nice, clean, pleasant place to stay at. Smartly updated, decorated and furnished. No issues whatsoever. Would gladly stay there again.Very convenient to downtown Greenville.

Beautiful Home

We love this home. Clean, comfortable, everything we could need. The location was perfect. Close to shopping, but quiet neighborhood. We look forward to staying here again.

All was good. 2 items that I think would help. 1). Front door was difficult to lock and unlock.2) need instructions for thermostat Otherwise our stay was as advertised.

A true home away from home. Pet friendly- fenced yard in a safe and beautiful neighborhood. Quiet. Peaceful. The home is spotless and the beds are so comfortable. They have everything you need for a great stay. The host is wonderful. The internet signal is fantastic if you need to do any work. Highly recommend! I will definitely be back.

Property was located just a short drive from downtown Greenville but felt like you were miles from downtown. House is nestled in the rolling hills and the neighborhood was full of friendly folks. Our little one enjoyed walking down the roads and saying hi to everyone. The inside is perfect for two couples or small family. Yard is fenced in so if you have little wanders they will still contained. Kitchen was well stocked with the basics to cook but also good assortment of local eateries nearby. We have stayed in many Rentals around Greenville in the last 8years and this is one of our favorites. One last bit may seem odd, but this rental actually had good toliet paper, most rentals put the crappy sandpaper cheapest they find, they may pinch a penny but it's the little things we remember in our rentals.

Our host was so welcoming! We communicated with Kathleen throughout the reservation process & leading up to arrival! Friendly & accommodating. The cottage is super cute & was ample space for 3 women & our girls weekend. The cottage is located for ease to Travelers Rest & Pendleton. We used the fire pit. Cottage is clean with plenty of space. We will return. Thank you!

Every aspect of this property was first rate. The design and furnishings are clean and crisp. The external aspects were planned by a dog lover. The wooden fence is adequate and is reinforced by wire mesh to prevent any escapes. The host responded to our inquiry about the TV even though his wife was in labor and delivering their new baby. These people are great; just like their property.
