- This is our second Short term rental family renovation project and we hope you will give us a try! You will be close to everything when you stay with us. Close to downtown Greenville, Furman, Swamp Rabbit Trail, Travelers Rest, and more. Paris Mtn State Park is just down the road. This completely furnished, recently renovated, 2-bedroom, 1 bath home has a fully-stocked kitchen (really!) and more. Non-smoking and pet-free. Private with a drive-through driveway. Immaculate, well kept, cozy and comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely home, really appreciated the two-way driveway so we didn't have to back out on to a busy road. The host had thought of everything to make our stay extra nice with snacks, coffee, creamer and bathroom supplies. We loved Greenville and rode our bikes 20 miles on the Swamp Rabbit Trail.

Impecable cottage in Greenville
This is one of the best stays we’ve had in short-term accommodation. Honestly, I could have moved right in and lived here. The wonderful hosts have thought of everything. It was a seamless stay and we’ll be back whenever in the area.

Cozy Cottage
This is one of the best VRBOs I have ever stayed in. The hosts attention to details and amenities was fabulous! The cottage was very clean and beds were so comfortable! The host response time was great. I will definitely stay here again

Great Greenville Cottage

This rental home was well decorated, clean and stocked with plenty of amenties right down to toothbrushes and earplugs(anything you could possibly need). My husband especially appreciated having a nice coffee pot instead of a keurig. The location was very convenient for us while visiting Furman and dining in Travelers Rest. The wrap around drive was great. Our host was wonderful about checking on us and providing clear and easy check out instructions. The lock to get in the house worked great. We would gladly stay here again.

Seth and Chris did a wonderful job creating such a warm and safe space for our vacation out to Greenville SC. We had so many options for taking day trips farther west into the mountains. Highly recommend you stay here!

Lovely Cottage
The house was one of the nicer places we have stayed. The house was very clean. Very cute decor with a lot of attention to details. Little details like coffee, creamer, spices and even a new toothbrush were provided by the owner.

Relaxing getaway
Great location to Travelers Rest and Greenville. Very clean and spacious! Very prompt host! Easy check in. The one single Bathroom was a bit small, but overall great space!
