  • This is our second Short term rental family renovation project and we hope you will give us a try! You will be close to everything when you stay with us. Close to downtown Greenville, Furman, Swamp Rabbit Trail, Travelers Rest, and more. Paris Mtn State Park is just down the road. This completely furnished, recently renovated, 2-bedroom, 1 bath home has a fully-stocked kitchen (really!) and more. Non-smoking and pet-free. Private with a drive-through driveway. Immaculate, well kept, cozy and comfortable.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the cottage was so adorable and relaxing. We loved the decor but also the coziness of home and the extra thoughtful touches to make our stay extra comfortable.

Wish we could give 6 stars! The cottage was conveniently located, clean, stocked above and beyond expectation, and the communication w hosts and check in/out processes were seamless. Will definitely look to stay here again in the future.

This property was perfect for our weekend getaway in Greenville. Easy to get around town. The rental was clean, stocked with everything you need and even had some welcome snacks. Only suggestion would be consider getting some better mattresses.

This was a perfect little cottage for our stay in the area! We stayed as a mini honeymoon after our wedding, and the property was clean, nicely and thoughtfully decorated, and fully equipped for our needs! Seth and Chris were communicative and friendly. Would recommend to anyone going to the area, and would definitely stay here again!

Host was communicating while we were there. The place was nicely decorated and immaculate. It is on a Main Street and is very noisy, but there are white noise machines and also a supply of earplugs.

Great place to stay! Everything listed was accurate & was everything (and more!) we could have hoped for. Seth gave very detailed information & instructions (Vrbo sent them too but he wanted to make sure we had them) about the property, check in, etc. Could not have asked for a better experience!

This property met all our needs for a weekend in Greenville. The entire house was equipped better than any VRBO we've stayed in. Looks to be a very recent renovation with all new and clean appliances. Bed was very comfortable. Would rent again for sure.

Fall in Greenville

This home was a great place to stay. Everything was very clean, comfortable, and relaxing. Also very well appointed with everything I needed and and a great location close to Downtown, Greer, and Travelers Rest.

We were in town for a concert at Clemson University. The cottage was a great home base about 45 minutes from Clemson. The cottage was exactly as it was shown on the listing and had literally everything we needed, even an extra toothbrush for my daughter who forgot to pack one! We had a great stay and would definitely stay again if we come back to the area.

We visited Greenville for a wedding and stayed at the cottage. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and it was plenty of space for the three of us.

Very nice place , they have done a great job thinking of just about everything you would need . Very convenient to downtown Greenville , highly recommend this place .
