Just over 1 mile to Furman University’s awe inspiring 750-acre campus, 4 miles north to the laid back food and drink scene of downtown Travelers Rest, or 4 miles south to the popular Main Street and Falls Park in Greenville.

Your vacation retreat includes 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 updated bathrooms and well-appointed kitchen, living, and dining rooms to ensure you’ll have a comfortable home base for whatever brings you to town. Complete with a dedicated remote workspace, bike storage, 2 bikes for guest use, over half an acre of fully fenced yard, and a fire pit/campfire grill with outdoor seating and dining areas, you’ll never want to leave the house… that is until you find out all the amazing experiences Greenville and Upstate SC have to offer.
