“Lovely yard greeted us, down a long wooded drive. Pretty and clean interiors with all amenities you will need, including Park pass entrance. 2 minutes to both park gates, and hiking trail on premise. Kitchen stocked with everything you will need sans main groceries. Lovely stay, with great hosts. Thank you”

“Clean except for some stray spiderwebs. Very comfortable beds. The upper deck is the star of this home, with great view north of Chimney Rock park. It will be even better when the Lake is filled again.”

“The cottage is very close to the College and modern, cozy and very clean. Owners communicate well. Very enjoyable stay! ”

“Very close to heavy traffic road. Very loud and another road across the street where stop sign is has cars lights shining in house all night. Would never stay here…we actually left the first night because of noise and lights. We could not sleep. Host was very prompt in responses but did not offer any refund for the not so “whimsical” stay in the not so good part about of town. There is a junkyard next door.”

“My wife, our 3 dogs and I all stayed at Buttercup cottage. Having 3 dogs all over 60 pounds makes it hard to find a place to stay. We where able to stay here with more than enough room PLUS a fenced in yard for the dogs to play. Large king size bed plus a very spacious couch, a small kitchen with plenty of coffee and tea stocked up. We loved everything about this house. We loved the close proximity to downtown Hendersonville and it was easy to get to Asheville and local hiking trails. We will...

“Really enjoyed our stay here, especially the hot tub and how close we were to some of the mountain trails. The road and driveway to access the house are a bit steep and tricky to navigate at first but we got used to it by the end.”
