Home away from home

Very clean house cute decor. I love the porch and the beds are extremely comfortable and it’s very close to downtown Greer, which has a great coffee shop within walking distance.

Cute duplex in Greer - great central location

This is a very clean, cozy cottage close to downtown Greer and with easy access to I-85, I-26, and Wade Hampton Blvd. We experienced an issue with a broken bed frame but the owner was extremely attentive and quick to respond. He, in fact, came and performed a repair himself. The check-in process was very easy. It is in an older but quiet neighborhood and was the 2nd time we stayed. It was quite comfortable for us.

Pleasant Stay

Very clean and comfortable. Suggest bringing ear plugs to reduce train noise. Walking distance to a very nice downtown Greer.We would like to stay at this same place on our next visit to this area.

Thanksgiving stay

This was a very clean cottage. Decorated for the comfort of their guests. Neighborhood is residential. Some of the homes were very rundown but location to the town was very good, walking distance. Overall I would recommend it.

Cozy Greer cottage in great location

We stayed in Greer to do some relocation research on the surrounding area and towns. This cottage was in a great, central location to access either Greenville or Spartanburg County. Communication with the hosts was very fast and easy. This cottage has everything you need and very comfortable beds! We had to unexpectedly cut our trip short due to a hurricane in FL, but we enjoyed our stay and will definitely plan another trip to complete our research.

Nice home in Greer

This was our second stay at this home, though last time we were on the other side of the duplex. It is comfortable and had everything we needed for a visit with our son's family nearby. Good communication with the owner re: an issue with the washer which we did not need anyway but it was nice of him to let us know. An awning or some sort of covered entrance over the front door would be nice - we got soaked when a storm came through while we were unloading. It also needs more than one mirror so people can be getting ready at the same time - one of my pet peeves, especially when the only mirror is in the bathroom. But overall, this cottage met our needs and is within walking distance of downtown Greer. We will be back, I am sure.

We have stayed in this unit before and really love it! The porch is great and the lights on the porch are so cool! Great way to unwind after a busy day. Go ahead and book. You won’t regret it! Walkable to downtown Greer!

Amazing!

This house is so great! It’s the second time I stayed here although we rented the other side last time. It is walkable to everything and has the best front porch. Actually I would say this unit is better than the other side if you care about outdoor space which I totally do. Love this place if you find yourself in Greer. Owners are available but never bug you. Book it!

Ideal base camp

We moved to the Greer area and had unexpected delay to closing. This location is perfectly located between Greenville and Spartanburg. Walking distance to great eateries and shops. The City of Greer and Century parks are wonderful. The hosts are so gracious and respond immediately to any questions…add that on top of a well appointed 2 bedroom cottage with a fenced back yard (great for our small dog) and you’re in for a fantastic stay.

Cozy cottage that ticks all the boxes

Great location, 7 min walk from the beautiful Greer City Park and downtown area. Clean and very well appointed cottage, thoughtful touches like snack basket, Keurig & Mr Coffee machines and things if you brought a pet. The back fenced area was perfect for our needs. The kitchen and bath had just the right accoutrements. We enjoyed it so much we rebooked for a return trip. We’ve decided to retire in Greer and will book this Vrbo for family and friends when we have overflow guests.

Loved it

We stayed for 20 days with our 2 dogs. Nice area, close to downtown Greer. Walked the dogs to the park everyday. Our hosts were quick to respond to all our needs. In fact we were here house hunting and when the process took more time than expected we really wanted to stay longer but unfortunately the were booked. Nicely stocked with everything you need.

Too Noisy and Not the Best Location

Every Wed and Thur night trains run next to the property and blow their horns from 1am-4am. 🤬Also, the neighbor's dog was left outside 2 nights and wouldn't stop barking. 😡 The apartment was clean and comfortable but for the price I would stay in a better neighborhood.

Pleasant Stay in Greer

What a perfect place for us. We were in town to attend the BMW Driver’s School, and this place was so convenient for us. The place was located very close to downtown, and we ate at various places during our stay. This place was clean, comfortable, had all kitchen appliances, cookware, washer/dryer and laundry detergent too! The beds were comfortable, and we sat on the covered porch in the evening. If we’re back in this area in the future, we will definitely stay here again. —The Brooks
