Home Sweet Greer near Airport BMW & Downtown

  • Welcome to Home Sweet Greer! This charmingly restored 1600 square foot ranch style home is just a 5 minute drive to Downtown Greer, its shops, restaurants and the Greer City Park. 5 minutes the other way gets you to GSP International Airport, I-85, the BMW corridor & Greer Memorial Hospital. The house features 3 BRs (to sleep 6), 2 full baths & a cozy front porch. It is dog friendly and includes a secluded fenced-in back yard. There is a separate dining room that includes a dedicated work space.

    The home features 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The newly restored master bedroom at the end of the hall features a king-sized bed and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom also features a king-sized bed. The third bedroom has two twin-sized beds. There is a fully equipped kitchen with appliances and staples for cooking. There is also a washer and dryer in the carport/patio area. There is a front porch with two rocking chairs overlooking a nice front yard on a quiet street & its own fenced-in back yard.

    The home is in the Pleasant Grove area of Greer, which is about halfway between Downtown Greer, GSP International Airport, and Greer Memorial Hospital. A five minute drive either way gets you there. You are also less than 15 miles to downtown Greenville and a half hour drive to Spartanburg. You'll have your own driveway with ample parking.

    There are refinished hardwood floors throughout and the large fenced back yard is super dog-friendly. There is a $75 non-refundable pet deposit to be collected separately from booking.

Family visit

We loved our stay! Neighborhood was very quiet and we were close to shopping and restaurants. Beds were comfy and it was nice to have cooked meals and not eat out all the time. We will visit again.

Great last minute stay ~

We had an emergency with a half flooded house and Josie and Rob were very accomodating at the last minute to help us with our with our booking for a one week stay until we could move back in. Thank you so very much! A great place to stay...comfortable and suited all our needs!

Quiet place

Home was everything we were looking for. We got everything accomplished we went to Greer to do. Enjoyed the peaceful and quiet evenings. Hosts were great with any questions we had.

Thanksgiving gathering

Our visit to the area was because our boys and their families live in this area. The house was the perfect size for us and equipped well. We had a comfortable stay and happy memories. Our little beagle enjoyed the fenced in yard and our quiet walks around the friendly neighborhood.

Great alternative to a hotel

Comfortable home in a modest neighborhood. We were attending a 3 day convention at the Bon Secours Wellness arena and the location was excellent for us. Close to restaurants that were not too crowded like the ones in Greenville.

Nice house in Greer SC

The house was clean, everything worked, AC worked great. We brought our large dog and he appreciated the big fenced in back yard. Neighborhood was quiet and clean and close to everything.

Nice home in a great location

My wife and I stayed here October 29- November 5th this year. Overall the house was clean, neighborhood was quiet and everything in the house worked as advertised. Thank you for allowing us in your home.

Just what we needed

The property was as advertised. It was clean and offered everything we needed. We spent most of our evenings sitting outside in the carport which was very enjoyable. The hosts were very responsive when I had an issue with the TV. It was handled in a timely manner. We would absolutely stay in this home again.

Perfect in every way!

Our family had a great stay in Greer! The house and property exceeded our expectations and became our home away from home while waiting for our permanent local home to be completed. Kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to prepare meals at home. Beds were comfortable and the property was exceptionally clean. We appreciated the property was pet friendly and our dogs enjoyed the secure, fenced in grassy back yard. The location can’t be beat and the neighborhood was safe and quiet. Rob and Josie were excellent hosts and communication was prompt! We highly recommend this property and would book again in the future.

A wonderful place for the weekend!

This was an excellent choice for Grandma, Grandpa, adult daughter and 2 16-year olds. The VRBO was ready and waiting for our arrival. The fenced yard was great for the two dogs among us, great Wi-fi, close to any store/eatery we needed. The owners were responsive, even when we couldn't find the ironing board (it was in a closet behind the door to the front room... We just didn't look behind that door!). This was our first VRBO... And it we'll be difficult to equal down the road. Highly recommended!

Our New Favorite SC Rental

When my son moved from Taylors to Greer I went in search of a new pet friendly VRBO rental in Greer for my annual two-week visit. I was thrilled to find this property. The yard is huge. The fencing is in excellent condition and secure. The house is clean and very nice. Love the layout. Communication was excellent with the managers (Josie & Rob) both before and during our stay. Spectrum was still down due to Hurricane Helene. However they went above and beyond by acquiring a second internet service through another carrier so that we had internet access during the entire visit. I look forward to renting this property again next year.
