Lovely pet- friendly 2-bedroom house in the Greer countryside

  • Take a break and unwind at this peaceful cottage in the country. This home is still located close to so many things: (approx times from a maps app)
    9 minutes to I-85 exit 54
    15 minutes to Greenville Spartanburg International Airport
    9 minutes to Tyger River Sports Complex
    8 minutes to MESA Soccer Complex, Anderson Ridge Rd
    30 minutes to Downtown Greenville and Fluor Field
    9 minutes to BMW (Hwy 101)
    5 minutes to Michelin (Hwy 101)


    There is plenty of unique dining selections in nearby downtown areas of Greenville, Simpsonville, Traveler's Rest, and Greer.

    This country cottage offers a comfortable stay away from traffic and people so you can relax and recharge.

    There are 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed and Bedroom 2 has a full bed. The bathroom is generally stocked with many things you may need should you forget something.

    The kitchen also has almost anything you will need should you choose to cook- pots, pans, dishes, utensils, microwave, and Keurig coffee maker. If you decide to eat out, there are so many choices nearby as well as several delivery services.

    The large covered wrap around porch in the back of the house is where you will no doubt spend most of your time. Relax in the seating area or enjoy your meal in the dining area. There is also a rocker and a swing on the porch. We have a service spray for outside pests in the summer months including mosquitos and fleas.

    We welcome short and long stay guests. We provide a starter set (enough for 7 days) of consumables such as hand soap, trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. For our guests that stay more than a few days, we may have someone who will need to do yard work during your stay. We will notify you ahead of time when we can.

    We welcome your well behaved pets. A pet fee of $100 is required. You will need to indicate that you are traveling with pets when you book. Please note that while there is plenty of room to roam, there is not a fenced in area. We appreciate you picking up after your pets.

I enjoyed my stay at this lovely country house in Greer. Very quiet and peaceful. Close to Greenville and short drive to many of the parks in the area. Kitchen had basic essentials, nothing fancy but able to meet basic cooking needs. Would stay here again

What a beautiful area and home! It was so quaint and peaceful. The yard is so inviting and relaxing. We saw deer, chipmunks, toads, so many butterflies. I love the country feel and cottage core aesthetic. I highly recommend!

Such a lovely home. It's in a peaceful area with little noise. The home is so quaint, beautiful and historic. The beds were comfortable and it was an amazing place to come home to each night after a hectic day of activities. You will love your stay and feel right at home here. Communication was exemplary and very quick to answer any questions. Thanks for letting us stay in your home!

The house is nicely decorated and clean. It has lots of nice finishing touches. The property itself is well maintained. The house has a great outdoor deck with plenty of shade and overhead fans for those hot days. It is set in a beautiful rural area. If you have any questions the owners are quick to respond. Will look to stay there again in the future.

The home was lovely. The county setting was peaceful. My grandson especially appreciated the Smart TV in the living room for extra viewing options. The host left snacks for us and our dog. The host was responsive to questions.

This host was the best host I have ever encountered. The house is adorable and has everything you could need. Very clean and well maintained. Jolyn is available and responds back quickly. She leaves out snacks for people and dogs. The backyard is amazing, the covered porch is inviting. This is one rental that will go above and beyond your desires. Thank you Jolyn for your hospitality
