“My teen daughter and I enjoyed our stay in Riverscape B! The house was super cute and very nice. Great views of the River and area! Walkable to the fun. Comfy beds, cozy couches. Had all we needed and more! Thanks for the hospitality! We walked down to the River - getting back up was a bit tricky ha - it would be awesome to have direct access to the bank and the water in the future! I know it's brand new! ”

“This property was excellent as a hosting house with ample space for family to stay in the area during graduation ceremonies and for friends to visit to celebrate after. The only issue is that the property seemed very finicky with upkeep. As when we arrived the pool was dirty, even with a scheduled cleaning, was dirtier than expected and had to be repaired over our stay. The property also had booked someone to mow the lawn during our stay and we had to refill the propane. And the A/C was in need...

“Myself, husband, and 18 year old daughter were in town for TXST new student orientation. The home was neat and tidy. It’s best for two but we only needed the couch bed for one night as our daughter only stayed with us the night before orientation started.Location is super close to campus. You could walk if you don’t mind walking up a very steep hill. The welcome gift of wine and a 30 gift certificate to the Palmer Restaurant was much appreciated. “This could have not been more comfortable! It was peaceful, clean, cold in the room and lots to do on the property. We Will absolutely be coming back. The only issue we has was an accidental double booking on VRBO but it got handled. Also, there were no check in and out checks instructions sent to me. I found that difficult because unless you’re on that Wi-Fi, you won’t get it. So it was hard to get a code to get in and I didn’t know how to leave the cabin other than what I’m used to doing when...
