“What a beautiful condo near some fun beaches. We loved the floor to ceiling windows and doors- we felt like we were outside. The AC worked great. The kitchen had everything we needed. I loved having a washer and dryer in the unit. We also enjoyed using the beach chairs and bucket and shovel for our time at the beach. If you want to go to hermosa beach there is a quick shuttle that picks up and drops off right at the front door. We wished we could have stayed here longer!”

“The condo was centrally located in an easily walkable area of town. The place was very comfortable. We spent morning and evening on the veranda enjoying the sounds of birds and monkeys. Chad was very communicative and even came by for a visit!”

“Wow! This place has amazing views and is a short hike to town. Alejandro the property manger is like a concierge…he knows how to direct you to anything you want to know or do. The pool is awesome and steps away from the ground floor apartment. We took a shuttle to Sámara and were ok hiking up the hill to the apartment. But if that isn’t your thing, a 4 wheel drive would be necessary, like a quad or SUV. Highly recommend.”

“Beautiful views from the balconies. Short walk to playa flamingo, restaurants, & grocery store - as others have mentioned there is a steep hill to be mindful of if anyone in your group has mobility issues. We spent all our time at the beach either swimming/boogie boarding at playa flamingo or surfing at tamarindo (about 30 min drive away). Vendors will rent you a canopy/tent with beach chairs and boogie boards for the day (25-45 for the tent) and you can buy food & drinks from them. Friendly...
