Beautiful duplex facing the sea in Puertito de Güímar, halfway between the south and the capital of the island. Spacious, bright, with a community pool and with spectacular views of the sea. Totally exterior apartment, in its large terrace you can have breakfast or sunbathe while you enjoy the atmosphere of the place. Surrounded by black sand beaches and a few minutes from the highway, this house has all the ingredients for a unique vacation.

It is ideal for families and groups of friends as it has capacity for 5 people, with 3 bedrooms, the main one with a double bed, another double bedroom with two single beds that can be joined or separated as needed and the third located on the top floor of the house with a single sofa bed. It also has a bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, living room, two beautiful terraces overlooking the sea, swimming pool, Internet Wifi, and parking space. With the beach just a few steps from the house, in a nice village full of walking areas, bathing areas, terraces and restaurants. In addition to a magnificent connection to the freeway to get to know the rest of the island.

The house has a fully equipped kitchen, a nice living room, two terraces with sea views, where you can sunbathe or have breakfast, community pool, fridge, microwave, hair dryer, sheets and shower towels, travel cot and high chair, Internet, place of garage.

We love making our guests feel at home and from the beginning. We will be very aware of your arrival to make you feel comfortable as much as possible throughout the stay. We will also recommend you some of my favourite places to visit, to eat and to enjoy the island.

Our customer service hours are from 8:00 am to 11:00 pm (Canary Island time).

You will love this old fishing port, located in an environment with very good atmosphere, and surrounded by black sand beaches and swimming areas.
Enjoy its promenade, its terraces, practice scuba diving and try the local gastronomy in one of the restaurants specializing in sea food, you will not regret it.
The area has all kinds of services, playground, supermarkets, pharmacy, doctor, post office, marina, etc.

The apartment is located in the Puertito de Güímar in the Residencial Roque de Garachico.
