Todo excelente, solo que en la habitación encontramos unas trusas de hombre pero en general todo excelente, sólo que cuiden ese tipo de detalles.

Cerca de la playa accesible a todo
Le doy un 10 a todo! solo que toda la noche se oyò un chiflido en el aire acondicionado, el viento se filtraba y dejaba oir un chiflido que no nos dejo dormir, no sé si eso tenga algún arreglo por lo demás todo excelente. Solo sugiero que pongan atencion a eso! nuesto objetivo era descansar para continuar nuestro viaje.

3 stars because the bed and pillows were horrible. Staff was super nice and helpful, room was very clean, including the bathtub being one of the cleanest I’ve seen, so much so I actually let my toddler take a bath instead of making her stand the whole time. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. Not even just an issue of being too firm. Could tell it was an old mattress. Pillows were also horrible and one smelled like a wet dog. Would not stay here again unless they had new mattresses. Hubby could barely get out of bed next morning, and we’re in our 30’s 😳

This place is the reason we don’t stay at Hampton Inn anymore, and other Hampton like it. Had a really long day, only to be woken the next morning by a barking dog, you could hear all the road noise in our room. The room stunk the shower dripped all night and the biggest thing was we were lied to by the staff.

Samantha and Leslie at the front desk along with the housekeeping staff are so helpful , kind and pleasant. We have traveled a lot and these people are the finest. The rooms were quiet and clean. But the staff made this property a standout !!

Wonderful stay at this hotel. Close enough to the National Naval Aviation Museum (the reason for our stay) and a restaurant right next door. Hotel was clean and bright, with friendly and helpful staff.

This hotel represents a good compromise between staying out on Pensacola Beach or taking a chance with a downtown option (the homeless population in downtown Pensacola is disturbing). The staff is endearing, and the hotel is clean and well-kept. Just don’t be late for the free breakfast. They may close the doors before 10 am.

The staff was excellent. However the room was dusty, water stains on the ceilings, obviously worn furniture, the clock did not work, and there was literal tape throughout the carpet.

Wonderful place to stay! Room was so clean and comfortable. Breakfasts were delicious! Leslie was especially kind and offered awesome customer service during our stay! All the staff from the desk clerks to the cleaning staff where absolutely amazing! I will definitely stay at the Hampton Inns and Suites on the Gulf Breeze the next time I am in Pensacola! Thanks to all the wonderful staff!

The two staff members we interacted with at the desk and at breakfast were extremely nice and welcoming. The building appears a little older and showing some wear but very clean from what I could tell. Our room faced the road and there was surprisingly a lot of road noise. We thought maybe turning on the AC unit would help but it was super loud. That was the only negative. Breakfast was very good and the area was kept clean and maintained.
