We had a great experience staying at this condo. We had 8 adults, a 4 and a 2 year old. The condo was clean, came with everything needed for a week-long stay. It was located close to restaurants and other amenities, with a great stretch of beach. The property owner was very communitive leading up to the stay. I would have no issue recommending this property to others!

First off David is amazing and responds quickly. This place is well worth the price. The condo looks exactly like the pictures. The place is roomy with an awesome view, indoor, outdoor, and kiddie splash pad and pool. Near stores and about 20/25 minutes from tropical falls. My family and I loved this place. We look forward to renting this place again.

Perfect for a family trip!

Our family had a wonderful time in Gulf Shores! The location was perfect for daily beach access, shady afternoon pool/hot tub time and walking to local spots in town. The condo was spacious for our family (5 adults, 1 child) and had lots of puzzles/games for all ages to enjoy. We enjoyed family dinners at the large table inside and breakfasts on the balcony to enjoy the breeze and view in the early mornings.

Fantastic!

Spacious area with lots of amenities! Had an area with beach toys to use, board games, etc. perfect for families! Great communication with owner throughout booking process and during stay! We absolutely loved it and plan on using this for our future vacations!

Awesome stay!! Group of 8 with small kids

Tons of space to separate our group into family units. Half bath off the living room was great for our group.Balcony super spacious, plenty of kitchen tools / pans / even Tupperware. Extra kitchen tools available in laundry room (Ice maker / second coffee maker). Vacuum / brooms were available to help with sand the kids carried back from the beach.Linens clean, enough for the group and more.Beach toys were super useful. David, our host, was great at communicating and very accommodating.Great views, easy parking, right on the beach. Kids loved the kid pool (ages 18mo-6yr)Location super central with access to many restaurants, activities, and shopping. ONLY complaint was the complex’s elevators, many times they were very dirty (not just sand, but spills and grime). Half the time we couldn’t go “up” from our friends on the 14th floor - the up wouldn’t work. That is completely separate from the condo - but provided feedback to office

Guys Spring break

My husband and all our boys along with our nephew traveled for a guys spring break and had the BEST TIME and absolutely loved their stay at this property it was home away from home plus some! Definitely will stay here again!

Spring Break 2025

The property was beautiful with an outstanding view! The location was perfect and very convenient, with plenty to do nearby. We had a wonderful stay overall! The only downside was that some of the listing photos could use updating - I initially thought the adults would have the oceanfront view, but it ended up going to the kids instead. Not a huge deal, just a little disappointing. Also, the indoor/outdoor pool was closed for maintenance, which was a bit of a letdown for the kids. Otherwise, a great experience!

Beautiful Condo with Beautiful View!

The condo was beautiful, roomy and clean.Loved the big sectional in the living room with 2 recliners. Mattresses were very comfortable. The master bath is huge! Beautiful view but what else would you expect staying in the penthouse? Loved all the outdoor furniture. Highly recommend and hope to stay here again!!

The condo was beautiful and very clean with so much more room than we imagined! We had a 15 month old with us so big bonus it had a high chair! Only annoying thing was the construction going on durning our stay and the kids splash pad area closed for 2 days but we know that’s not the owners fault.

The property was very clean, and in a great location! Everytime we'd get on the elevator and say penthouse please, all we heard was "wow that must be nice and expensive" and jaws dropped when i said its cheaper than any other unit here! They even had large beachlongers
