“Upon arrival we were greeted by at our car by helper’s to bring belongings up to the main house/ office. They were doing upgrades since pics had been posted. And concrete work on a drive area. The decent down to beach front is about 70 to 80 steep steps and inclines. There are 6 main huts there on the beach. Air-con and water heater in each. They are maintained and clean. You have a person assigned to you at the time you arrive to help with all your needs taking stuff down, foods, drinks. Our...

“I booked the Floating Home in Reef Resort because I wanted to try something completely different, and that's exactly what I got. Being out on the water makes it unlike a normal hotel stay. The biggest issue is communication about arrival. It wasn't made clear beforehand that you have to take a barge to reach the resort, with an additional ₱1,000 charge. Luckily, I had a local Philippine phone, which made coordinating everything much easier. If you're a foreign traveler without a local number, I...

“First up...the tricycle driver who picked up us brought us to the old and wrong spot for boat pickup. We finally called and said there will be a late fee of 700 per room cause we were not there at 2.00. We were there for 2 but was dropped off at wrong terminal. They did not want to hear about it neither and make it right. The property itself does not at all look like the pics u see online when there were newer. The aircons barely blow cold and the portable potty were quite nasty as well. We were...

“Relativamente bien ubicado. Habitación con los servicios necesarios pero menos amplia de lo esperado.”

“I did love the room shower and restroom pretty basic but excellent and the bed was great and everything clean thank you.”

“Everything was sooo perfect! Staff, breakfast, gym, pool, and amazing beds and bedding. Don't miss out on the lounge offer. For 2500 pesos you have the breakfast buffet, the tea and snacks in the afternoon and cocktails at night. Can't beat that! I'll definitely come back there”

“Clean room. Breakfast buffet was great. Staff were very friendly and helpful.”

“The pool wasn't working. They should at least notify the future guests before their stay or offer a discount. We were hoping to spend some quality time in the pool because of the weather, but we had to go to other resorts and spend extra money to enjoy one. The hotel is nice, but the rooms need maintenance.”

“設備全体が新しいので綺麗です。エアコンが日本製で静か、シャワーのお湯もしっかり出ます。ヘアドライヤーもあって便利です。広さは日本のビジネスホテルと同じ感じです。朝食が無いのが残念だけど、すぐ近くのファーストフードで済ませることができます。”

“Great location. Very central. The room is clean the only issue is mosquitoes so bring some repellent like Lavender Room Spray or a Zapper. Love the cacao hot chocolate every morning. Since I have some dietary restrictions I could only enjoy the eggs and a few served breakfast but I am fine with it as it was expected. The ladies are very welcoming and the staff are helpful. I am looking forward to my next stay at this place. Thank you 🙏”
