A clean and comfortable place to stay, right by the station. I stayed in an 8 bed dorm and the room itself was spacious, as well as the bed cubbies. Had dinner and breakfast on site and both were good, with vegan options for dinner. They also made me a vegetarian breakfast.
The facilities were clean and spacious and the quiet hours (from 9pm-7am) were observed by other guests. The onsen was also very nice.
The only things that could be an issue were the under pass from the station to the hostel which had stairs on either side and could be a struggle for those with mobility supports as there didn't seem to be a lift. There also only seemed to be one shower (per gendered rest room) on our floor and only two toilets. This wasn't an issue when I was there, but I imagine it may get busy during peak times.
