The fully stocked kitchen opens to spacious dining and living areas with ocean views, while three of the bedrooms (plus the futon area - open space at top of stairs between the 2 bedrooms) are oceanfront. Every bedroom and family room is equipped with Smart TVs and WiFi throughout, so you’ll enjoy both comfort and convenience.
Step outside to the wraparound deck—partially covered for shade—ideal for BBQs, outdoor dining, or simply watching surfers, sea turtles, and humpback whales. A hot outdoor shower adds a tropical touch after beach days, while an upper deck offers a private perch with even more stunning views.

The City of Honolulu allows homes to be rented once within a 30 day block of time. While few guests visiting Hawaii are able to stay 30 days, the law is that the owner may only rent the house once within a 30 day window, regardless of how long or short the stay of the visiting guest is. Our Rental Agreement and scheduling adapts to comply with this requirement.

- The amount of sand located in front of Hale Kalea and surrounding area depends on the ocean conditions.
- NO PETS
- Guest parking is in driveway as owner keeps a car in the garage occasionally
- No gatherings or parties allowed (strictly enforced). We are very respectful of our neighbors. This home is your retreat for rest and relaxation
- No Smoking
- We may have landscapers, pest service and other property maintenance done. You may see or hear these service professionals during your stay as they let themselves in gate to service as needed
- We are required to stick to our cancellation policy and we suggest adding trip insurance for any last minute issues that may impact your travel (Weather, Illness, etc).

Guests will have access to the entire home and garage (parking outside garage)
