“We had a lovely 3 night break on our way to Manchester. Heron's View is very comfortable and we enjoyed sitting in the gazebo at the end of the garden, looking out over the river. We took our breakfast down there as well as tea! The hosts were very welcoming and provided milk and also eggs freshly laid by their bantam hens. It is perfectly placed ro visit Stratford on Avon and various country houses. Highly recommend.”

“Great little studio, very cosy and warm, extra heater if needed, great attention to detail, bathmat, proper hangers, nice towels. Kitchen well equipped for light cooking, extra pillows and very nice cushions, super comfy bed. Very accommodating hosts. We had an amazing stay!!”

“Good size property for a group of 4-6 size on a short break. Clean and tidy with good amenities. Even though central and on a main road was not noisy. Felt safe with good security. Good secure car park with no restraints on spaces etc. Small point, but would be great to add a hair dryer to amenities.”

“My husband and I stayed here for two nights, it was the perfect little base for visiting the nearby villages. The annex is small but this is highlighted by the owner on the ad, however, dont be fooled by the size. It is big enough for two, clean and fully functional. Li the host waa great, welcoming and knowledgable avout the local area. Even provoded us woth a table when we asked. Would definately.recommend.”

“The apartment was huge and very clean in a quaint village with a great pub. Well located to Banbury, Oxford, Blenheim palace, Bicester, Milton Keynes and Bletchley Park. Would definitely stay here again.”

“The Lily Pad is absolutely delightful - a wonderfully relaxing spot right on the riverbank and with all amenities close at hand. I had a lovely time busy doing nothing and didn't feel guilty once. The weather was an added bonus. Very comfortable and well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Would definitely visit again and highly recommend.”

“Truly appalling standard of quality and cleanliness that is inexcusable. Entrance information was not sent and had to chase up on the day. This was put down to a sick staff member which I accepted at the time but in retrospect was a sign of the poor standard of this operation who appear to have multiple properties. Black condensation surface mold in numerous areas throughout the property. Thick layers of skirting boards door frames and furniture. Broken wardrobe draws. Broken Ironing board....
