“Unfortunately, my overall experience was disappointing and fell short of expectations.
On arrival, the staff came across as somewhat unwelcoming. At check-in, I wasn’t shown to my room and was simply pointed in the general direction. When I subsequently discovered an issue with the room and raised it, I was made to feel as though I was inconveniencing staff by bringing it to their attention. To their credit, the issue was eventually resolved, but the initial response left a poor...

“Property was convenient for Stratford.
Bed very comfortable. A great selection of quality toiletries.
Owners were welcoming and advised us of recommended places to eat prior to our visit. As we were staying on a Saturday evening we were able to book a table in advance at what was a very popular venue.
Would definitely stay when in the area in the future.”

“We loved our 2 night stay at The Old Manor House. Our hosts William and Jane were lovely and friendly and gave us a warm welcome. The property was full of character with beautiful grounds and we were able to sit in the garden on the patio in the evening. We were also able to use a wonderful lounge area. The property was spotless, our bedroom was a good size, again full of character and our bathroom was lovely and spacious. There was plenty of room to park the car. There was a friendly pub a few...
