“Room was decent and clean. Only negative we found was the bed was very uncomfortable. You could feel every spring in the bed. You could hear every movment from the corridor. Drunk people at 2 am shouting in the corridor to. The cooked breakfast was luke warm. Limited items included on the cooked breakfast. We was lucky that hash browns were served on that particular morning. Indoor pool is why we chose this hotel which was great. Staff were all friendly.”

“Attractively restored pub with very comfortable rooms and good food. The staff couldn't be more helpful - we particularly appreciated the fan left on to cool the room ready for our arrival. Lovely walk from the front door to the old docks on the bay a short distance away.”

“Martin was a fabulous host very knowledgeable about Blackpool, the room was very clean and a big king size bed to relax in. Breakfast was a typical full English or your cereals and yoghurts. If your looking for parking the Guest house has only 5 car parking spaces so first come first serve.”
