Chalets en Hambleton

“Terrible. It looked like the rooms hadn't been cleaned in years. There was a dead fly in room 277. The staff were extremely rude. Lack of communication and they did not acknowledge the payment through the online check-in. I demand better quality to the owner of this outrageous hotel. Please save your money and do not come to this hotel.”

“Came to a room in the dungeons through a corridor that was not even decorated Room was okish but the toilet had not been cleaned and the bowl was full of dried urine stains”

“Amazing hotel staff so helpful and friendly. Restaurant staff work so hard and always smiling, very good with our children. Superb menu choices. Thanks also go to Jack (Jack of all trades). Always on the go ensuring any snags were resolved quickly. Great entertainment for adults and children. We will definitely be coming back next year. Thankyou so much. You have all been part in creating happy memories.”

“It was a nice stay only thing I missed was a microwave to heat my food, rest overall was very good...I loved the hot chocolate :)”

“Perfect hotel”

Cooked breakfast also good - plentiful, hot and tasty. Table service which is so much nicer than the breakfast buffets hotels tend to lay on these days. The staff were all friendly and professional. Thank you, we will...

“Renovación absoluta ”

“A beautiful place to stay with a cosy room, gorgeous decor and a lovely welcoming feel. Friendly hosts and a delicious breakfast. We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend it to anyone. A real gem!”

“The room was terrible, walls were damp and room smelt because of the damp, wallpaper peeling off, bathroom disgusting, no soap in dispenser, bath had cracks and toilet didn’t flush properly”

“A beautiful building full of character and charm. All of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the recently-refurbished rooms were perfect I would definitely stay here again. Thanks you”

“Very helpful staff and excellent food.”

“The hotel itself was great, my only issue was it was unbearably hot. There is a fan provided in the room which was welcomed, but the window didn't open. I was also on the third floor, with my toddler which would have been fine however the carpet was really thick and my suitcases got stuck and coming out the lift there were 4 steps down and back up to navigate. I would 100% stay again, but would just request a room on the bottom floor. Staff were amazing at breakfast, as a solo traveller with a...
