“The room was ok and the location was ok. But I didn't read the email that said to bring your own whatever. I needed more towels and toilet paper. I thought it was an actual hotel. It had shampoo and body wash in the shower. I guess that's what it was. I could barely read the label but it didn't matter anyway because it was empty. Not reading the email was my fault, but I didn't see it and wasn't expecting to get one. The check in at 4 pm and NO early check-in was a pain. We might stay there...

“Great stay, quiet neighborhood, very clean.”

“This property was easy to find, spacious, and comfortable. It offers easy access to several local restaurants, grocery stores, and fuel. It is about 30 minutes drive from VA Beach or Norfolk. Our host, Eric, was responsive and helpful. The beds were comfortable for all 5 of us, and we loved having coffee on the screened in porch. It is worth noting, though not as a complaint, that the drive way is very steep and our hitch mount hit while trying to back in so for the rest of the stay we...

“Okay the property is very expensive for the price that I paid. So definitely no go and will not suggest this to anyone. Additionally, the host is very polite on the face of it, but is really unfair when it comes to the problem solving. Like literally, the bathroom knob was broken and the host is like IDC if someone come into the bathroom while you poop.”

“The property is beautiful. The host have thought of everything a visitor would need…. beach chairs, beach toys, white noise machines, night lights and the list goes on. I really appreciated their thoughtfulness. The location is perfect! Everything you can think of wanting/needing was no more than a 5min drive away. The host are responsive and kind. We have this marked as a favorite and plan to stay again.”

“Nice & to quaint home to get away from it all. Truly a hidden gem!”

“I loved the easy check in process. The host was wonderful. We left some items at the home even though we swept through the home multiple times. But they were able to send our items back to us. That was much appreciated. Home had some internet issues but other than that we enjoyed our stay.”

“The property was clean and welcoming.”

“A wonderful stay in the Jasmine Bunkhouse! Many thoughtful touches and comfortable amenities. Peaceful and serene setting for myself my daughter and our dog. We felt very safe and enjoyed ourselves thoroughly. Hope to return soon!”

“This was the perfect place for us! We did a lot of fishing and crabbing from the dock. OBX beaches are less than a mile away. The host is very responsive. Great neighbor kitty who loved to visit with us. (And his mom was very nice and chatty too!)”

“It was perfect! Just what we needed for a quick visit with family and could bring the dog!”

“The property is spacious and conveniently located near the beach and restaurants. It is family-friendly and the host is exceptionally communicative. I plan to return in the future.”

“Nice and clean property, easy access to the beach”

“Perfect place to stay with our dog. There's even a gate separating the living and bedroom areas. Nice neighborhood as well. We were there in January, and many of the houses seemed to be occupied by owners, which probably makes it a quieter neighborhood in the summer as well.”

“This was a cute house. It was in a great location for our needs. There were plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance as well as the beach. ”

“Very clean, distance to the beach was amazing, great space with or without pets!”

“Great location. Excellent view. The F22 Raptors were cool to see. Not so loud. Host was great. The place does not have a full size oven, so plan accordingly. Beds were comfy.”
