On the top floor there is a large complete gourmet kitchen. It is easy and fun to cook in this kitchen, as it is part of the open concept style, with the kitchen sink facing the large living room and beautiful ocean view. There is a large dining table to accommodate six or more people, and a unique bar facing the kitchen adding comfortable intimacy  to any gathering. The living room has a large couch for those evenings that are perfect for lounging together in sublime cumfort. There are two bedrooms upstairs with queen beds, and one bathroom with double sinks and tub / shower.

On the bottom floor there is a large family room with flat screen tv, and kitchenette with a convenient additional refrigerator. There is also a large bedroom with king size bed, and an elegant bathroom with marble floor and shower. Outside you will find the hot tub and inferred sauna on the concrete lanai.

We remodeled using an eco design, so all paint is zero voc, floors are natural bamboo wood, stone, and tile. some wood was reclaimed from the original house, and large windows where installed to let in lots of fresh air, natural light and views.

This home is large and comfortable to accommodate your family and friends. We look forward to hosting you!
