We loved coming back from a fun day adventuring or at the beach to a welcoming, clean space and really enjoyed hanging out on the lanai. The best stay and will defiantly be back here to stay! “Everything was quite nice. There were just a few things that needed to be attended to. The coffee maker had no light showing that it was on or off and we can’t home to a burnt pot/burner second the toilet paper holder was not fastened to the wall and small things like molding around door jams were completely broken. The place was beautiful, but I think the owner may need to inspect The facility and not just take the cleaning person saying it is fine. All that said, I would definitely stay there...

“Wonderful unit! Clean, set up was great. Good location, central on the east side. Unit owners are very nice and have great communication. Made sure we knew about the tsunami warning and even gave tips on where to go. The beach is very relaxing. ”

“The room is as described and the photos are accurate. It is very close to the pool and beach. Much of the stuff you would need for a day on the beach are on the patio: chairs, small cooler, boogies boards, snorkel equip, etc. The owners were very communicative and detailed with instructions. “This resort property is ideally located near Kapa’a, convenient to a grocery store, numerous dining options and beaches. The grounds are well kept, the pool is lovely with its waterslides and lagoon sand-bottom hot tubs. The beach is pretty with chaise lounges and Adirondack chairs for use. However, it is a rocky beach and waves/current are strong and not ideal for swimming or snorkeling.
