“The property is absolutely lovely. This is by far the most beautiful, well cared for, decorated home. It has taken our breathes away and the whole family had an amazing time. The creek was quite fun and very relaxing. The house was very clean and very well equipped with everything we could possibly need. Will surely book again.”

“The inside of the place is designed really nicely with wood framing and rustic features. It's got a serious "hunting lodge" feel with guns on the walls and stuffed animals or skins everywhere. We were so excited to stay here for a wedding in the Catskills. The outside is just meh with a couple of dilapidated patios (no decks), a picnic table and a grill with no real landscaping. “Our stay at this lovely home was perfect. Larry was so welcoming and full of good information on the area. The little touches such as the table setting and coffee bar were so charming and cozy. We took a short hike on the property and had beautiful views of the valley. There was plenty of wood for the fire pit and we enjoyed a nice fire at night. We would 100 percent stay at this peaceful and private property again. ”

“Had a great stay here!! Location was nice and quiet. House was clean and air conditioning worked good!! The host was very easy to communicate with! Wifi worked good. Beds were comfy. There were dishes and utensils for cooking. Overall 10 out of 10 especially for the money!! Would definitely recommend and use again!”

“The home was spacious, bright with huge windows, and super comfortable. There's a big couch to spread out on, a well-maintained hot tub in the back, a gorgeous pond right next to the home, and the king bed was a great escape from our smaller bed in the city. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking, but bring your own spices if you want them! Overall it was a wonderful trip. We did find the wifi spotty and slow, but if you're up here to enjoy the outdoors and company, this is a great choice. ”
