“The hotel is a pretty new one. The room is nice and well facilitated, but the service at their front desk, restaurant, and public area are unqualified--not internationally, very localized, and sometimes rude. They do not offer shuttle service to any nearby spots; as this hotel is very far from the downtown and commercial area in "Binjian district" of Hangzhou City, it is very difficult to get a taxi for the hotel and very high cost to take taxi for every places you go in the city.”
“First, this is not a hotel. It's a property operated by the owner. So it doesn't have those hotel facilities. The property is located inside the West Lake (Xihu) scenery district. So it's quiet and walking distance to those West Lake must-see places. The owner is very friendly.”
