“Nice solid bach with some amazing views in a great part of Hanmer. 4 proper bedrooms with tons of beds, and extra couches for kids who like to shift in the night! Bedrooms are all on ground floor with a bathroom, living/dining room on first level with deck and a loft above living room. Loft ladder is a vertical ladder on wall with no sides and loft has no way to lock it or secure so active supervision of young kids required. Flooring has no insulation so any light sleepers will hear every...

“Excellent place to stay. Only reason why I didn't give it a 5 Star review was because we had to bring our own linen and bath towels. Also no body wash or shampoo was provided. Apart from that everything was pretty top notch.”

“We had a fantastic two night stay at Oakview. Luxurious, new boutique accommodation on the ground floor of a lovely new property. Only a five minute stroll into the main eateries, shopping and thermal pools. Fabulous hosts and accommodation we couldn’t fault! Would absolutely love to stay at the Oakview again next time we visit Hanmer Springs. ”

“We enjoyed our stay. The side light didn't work in my bedroom and at one point none of the lights worked in the other bedroom. We left a note suggesting they check the bulbs. We certainly left the place cleaner than when we arrived.”

“We had an incredible stay, such a lovely house and beautiful serene and beautiful alpine mountain environment to be in. Enjoyed every moment of our trip. We tried the finnish sauna in the village and enjoyed ourselves so much. Highly recommend!”
