“The home overall was pleasant with a few problems that ultimately kept it from being perfect.These problems include the following:1) Many items in the kitchen were dirty upon arrival.2) The wifi was borderline unusable in the living room. This wouldn't have been a problem if it weren't for the fact that there was nowhere to setup my computer anywhere else in the house. I would heavily recommend adding a small desk in the master bedroom or adding a wifi mesh extender in the hallway by the laundry...

“The owners spent a ton of money remodeling the place and did a good job. We rented it for the holidays but the day before the cleaners noticed a problem and the owners had to call us to cancel our reservation. At first that sounds horrible, but it was not due to their neglect and had they allowed us to stay the result would have been less then great. I am thankful they sacrificed their income to make sure we did not experience a bad rental.”

“I stayed a week for graduation and a wedding, and it was not as good as advertised.There were mice in the basement and ants all over the kitchen. The property did not entirely look like the pics, maybe it’s because the property isn’t maintained very well after visits.I will not be staying there again when I’m in town visiting family.”

“Overall the house was clean. The heat/air works. The house is quite old. Communication and response with the maintenance company was poor. During our stay, ants in the kitchen prevented use of the counter, sink, and dishes.”

The property is on a nice quiet street, it’s very cozy and decorated nicely, makes you feel like you’re at home. “We had an amazing 3 day stay at Heights Haus! The place was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. The hosts were incredibly communicative and checked in to make sure everything was going smoothly, which we really appreciated. Overall, such a great experience. We would definitely stay here again!”
