“Elsa and Andrew is very helpful for me”

“Cutest hotel! Very comfortable and clean. Staff was nice. We checked in very late/ early morning (4am) and the staff was accommodating. Across from the hotel is a brunch spot with great food, lots of cafes and massages. Train street is in walking distance. Pharmacy is close if you need it. Circle K is also walking distance. I recommend this hotel.”

“We stayed just for one night and everything was fantastic, in particular, the staff and all the services. Rooms are nice and comfortable too. It is near train street in the Old Quarter and close to other points of interest. We absolutely recommend this hotel. ”

“Hotel Rey was incredible! Ngoc was incredibly helpful throughout our stay and assisted us with a late checkout which was most appreciated!”

“Excelente”

“V has constructed a wonderful crew ;friendly and helpful ! Ruby was always smiling and upbeat Cleaning crew were very respectful I highly recommend for convenience and joy when visiting Hanoi!”

“The location was great for us with most grabs were around 34000 dong if you weren’t walking to go to most tourist spots. Rooms were smaller in size but we only used them to sleep, they were clean and fairly quiet considering we were second floor. The staff were amazing and breakfast was good! We would definitely stay again!”

“Staff was great. Extremely welcoming and helpful. Big thanks to Paolo, Jacky, and Edward. Appreciated the location for being a little quieter, but close enough to get everywhere we wanted to go by foot, or a quick grab. Nice room.”
