Amazing Property

The view was incredible. The owner's were clear on direction and instructions. The place had all the amenities we needed even though we always travel prepared. I've visited many properties and this definitely one of the best.

Beautiful view, impressive property

The home is gorgeous and the view is amazing! We had a group of 17 adults and the home had more than enough space for everyone. Our entire group had nothing but positive remarks about our weekend stay. We would definitely utilize this property in the future.

Perfect Layout for Our Family Get Together!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a perfect weekend staying here. It is large enough to spread out but has great places for smaller group visits on the deck, around the firepit on the screened in porch. Our grandkids played from morning to night. They watched movies, played video games, ping pong, basketball, and darts. They even squeezed in a board game while the adults watched the Tigers win! The little ones loved the toy closet too. The location was great for excursions to Harbor Springs and Petosky. The favorite was a day at Pond Hill Farms right down the road. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Hope we get to come back for a longer stay next time.

Fantastic Weekend!

This house accommodated our group for a ski weekend so well. We had three families with little kids and with the three floors of living we all had great private/public space. Very cozy, much space to spread out and so much to do! We loved the game room, toy closet, hot tub and very well appointed kitchen to make delicious meals. Thank you for hosting us for a weekend making memories that will last a long time.

One big happy family

We rented this property so that our family could all be together under one roof for our son's wedding. The house accommodated all 20 of us very comfortably and family members raved about the house and the amazing Lake Michigan views. There were plenty of beds and bathrooms for all of us to get ready and we loved all havung morning coffee in the sunroom. If you need a big house for a family event this house is perfect. Its secluded, functional and beautiful. The property management company had excellent communication with us from the time we booked the house through departure. A true gem of a house.

Spacious gathering spaces, a great deck with awesome views, a peaceful atmosphere, lots of seating, comfortable beds, plenty of bathrooms for our group of sixteen, and ample parking for our eight cars. There were a few small malfunctioning items such as a non-functioning icemaker and tricky door locks. But it was a beautiful place to stay. I could envision us staying here again.

Looking to use this listing and company again.

Fabulous vacation rental!

This rental is top notch! The house is spacious, with plenty of room for our group of 17, and would be comfortable for a few more as well. Nice bedding and tons of space for your suitcases and stuff so that you’re not tripping over it. The kitchen was perfect, with counter and pantry space, and all the cookware, dishes, food storage, and linens you might need. The tap water was fine, so no need to buy bottled. Everything was very clean and in working order. Very nice outdoor deck with plenty of seating, nice hot tub and fire pit. Private but not too remote. Excellent communication with the management team. Highly recommended, and would love to return sometime!

Beautiful location and home. We saw multiple deer in the backyard and foxes in the neighborhood. The house was equipped with plenty of toys for young children. The main level of the house got pretty warm and humid even with the AC on. There is only one small refrigerator that didn’t have a working light. We had to use multiple coolers for food for the 13 people staying. The dishwasher is rather small as well.

Reviewer Comments: I have hesitated to submit a review, but because you have persisted in your request.first let me say, I stay in 2-5 VRBO type rentals every year and at $6500 plus for 4 days this was the most expensive. The view was beautiful, but the accommodations for twenty are not what I expected, I will be kind and say what are listed as bedrooms are closets with beds.The hot tub was so chlorinated it was not able to be used. I did not want to give this review, but you have persisted, I'm sorry but for the price I expected and have received much more for half the cost.P.S. The neighbors were really cool.

Nicely furnished, some constraints

We enjoyed a week in Harbor Springs; a family gathering of grandparents, adult children & spouses & grandkids - 12 adults & 8 kids. Sleeping options were little tight with 3 bedrooms being small for our situation. Made it work. House is at end of a street with view of the water. It is nicely furnished, with well equipped kitchen. Particular positives were game closet & extra play items in garage. We really enjoyed the back porch. We enjoyed the area, spending time at Petoskey State Park Beach, Mackinac Island, & Sleeping Bear Dunes amongst other local adventures. Largest challenge was temperature control in the house for the whole week. Keeping the main floor at 73, led to the upper level being 80+ and the lower level at 61 degrees (extra blankets at night). Warming up the lower level would lead to uncomfortable heat in the upper levels. It was above avg. temps week & we would have wished for being able to just keep the windows & screened doors open. Another challenge is that the neighbors apparently aren't fond of renters. Day 1 complaint about kids playing pickleball in the driveway, up by house & garage - behind 5 parked cars in the long driveway. We brought a portable net and had placed it in existing court lines left from previous rental. Even though you couldn't see the neighbors house - security came to tell us that we had to stop. (Security person felt bad). Pickleball prohibition wasn't in HOA rules we were given, or were in house. PM couldn't verify
