  • Welcome to your Secluded Harbor Springs Retreat – Harbor Cove Condo #39

    Tucked between the Kalman Nature Preserve and Menonaqua Woods Nature Preserve, this four-bedroom, two-bath Harbor Cove condo offers a peaceful, private setting surrounded by nature.

    Now accepting reservations for the summer season
    (A 7-night minimum, Saturday to Saturday, may apply during peak season.)

    This condo is a great choice for enjoying Northern Michigan year-round, with easy access to local shops, restaurants, golf courses, and ski resorts.

    As you enter, you’re welcomed by a spacious foyer along with the primary bedroom and a full bathroom. Upstairs, the main living area opens up with vaulted ceilings, creating a bright and inviting space. Here you’ll find a full kitchen, dining area, and a large family room with a wood-burning fireplace—perfect for relaxing after a day outdoors. A private deck off the dining area offers a quiet place to unwind.

    The upper level also includes a loft with a twin bed and a twin trundle, providing additional sleeping space.

    Downstairs, there are two more bedrooms and a full bathroom with a washer and dryer. One bedroom features two sets of bunk beds, while the other includes a queen bed. Both rooms have large windows that bring in plenty of natural light.

    Just a five-minute walk from the condo, you’ll have access to a private beach on Little Traverse Bay, along with a beach house, tennis courts, indoor and outdoor pools, a children’s play area, and scenic walking and snowshoeing trails.

    You’re also conveniently located less than 20 minutes from downtown Harbor Springs and Petoskey, as well as Boyne Highlands and Nub’s Nob ski resorts.

    Guests can enjoy the Harbor Cove community center, which includes an indoor pool and hot tub available year-round. In the summer months, the outdoor pool, hot tub, and beach house are also open for guest use.

    Whether you’re here for outdoor adventure or a quiet escape, this secluded Harbor Springs condo offers the perfect balance of comfort, space, and location.
    The outdoor pool is typically open Memorial Day -Labor Day only.

Very suitable for a quick trip with friends and family. Definitely had more than enough sleeping arrangements which was nice. Beach access and pool access was a huge plus. Amazing amenities and a great stay!

Our group had a good stay - the property was well kept and all instructions were clear. There was not a lengthy checkout cleanup list, which was nice. We would stay here again. The location to Nubs Nob and Highlands is very convenient.

Great location and can accommodate large family

With the two pools unavailable, we were happy to see a great private beach within easy walking distance. The unit had plenty of bed space for our entire family.

Great for a ski weekend!

My extended family came up for a ski weekend and had a wonderful experience. Very close proximity to Nub's and Highlands as well as downtown Harbor Springs and Petoskey. The unit accommodated 10 adults comfortably. Parking was seamless and allowed for 2 vehicles outside the unit. The host provides a welcome guide with all the rules as well as a lot of useful info about the area including various things to do.

Host communication leading up to the stay was very good and detailed. Was a little odd not getting the keypad code until within a couple hours of check-in. Have never had that last min before and was slightly stressful as phone service isn't always great up north. Overall stay was good, fireplace was nice (though had to buy wood as only two pieces there), we always love the pool house and location is amazing. Condo was very clean and had basics though they were out of laundry detergent but we left a mostly full mini-bottle for future use. Appreciated salt and pepper, the luggage holder in closet and a laundry basket. Only constructive feedback is: Slight musty smell; both toilets kept clogging up even with very minimal TP, would recommend purchasing more robust toilets; better quality sheets and comforters; plates/pans/silverware/appliances were all very cheap and OK. While we understand these are rentals and guests might not always treat the best, we use rentals a lot and always appreciate when hosts invest in good pans, dishwasher, washer/dryer, etc. as it gives a much better experience for people staying. At the very least, a non-stick pan and well-working toilets. One other suggestion is since we pay a cleaning fee, not having to dispose of it would've been nicer and thought would only have to consolidate to one trash and leave it for cleaning crew.

The management team is unbelievably responsive, and addressed every little need. Some of the furniture is not functional and needs to be replaced (dresser in bunk room, wobbly dining chairs). The patio furniture is very lightweight plastic and not very comfortable -- it would improve the renters experience if there were nice chairs to make it more inviting. Would also be nice if there were beach towels to use (There are 2 in a condo that sleeps many people).

Baseball Family Vacay

Communication from property management was clear and concise upon check in and check out. The property was newly painted inside and very clean. The beach area was a short drive or walk and was fantastic, quiet, private, well maintained. The living area was smaller than appeared online. Parking with three vehicles was a bit of an inconvenience, as we had to park in the township hall due to only having two vehicles passes. My understanding is that additional passes can be purchased but this was not advertised well. Unfortunately the recreation area was under construction and we did not get to experience the pool area.

Excellent place for families with older kids or adult get away!

Booking this property was so easy! We had our previous reservation cancelled at the last minute and found this gem thankfully. Check in was easy and all we had to do was follow the directions sent to us. The house was ready and waiting for us. It was nice and clean. Kitchen was well stocked with all glassware, small appliances, cooking items needed. The linens were clean and there was plenty of extra linens and blankets for additional need. Exactly as described online. It was right down the road from Boyne Highland and Nubs Nob and close to Petoskey to run into town for groceries or getting our ski rentals. We had 3 small families that stayed together and the kids loved the bunk bed room! The only negative was that this is not ideal for a family with small children. The railing for the staircase and the loft walls were very short. The 3 and 5 year old could stand at the loft and staircase and lean over with how short these were. It seemed dangerous and we needed to keep them off the upper loft/stairs. The downstairs was great and the main area was great! Also, there is a bathroom in the master and the only other bathroom for the other 2 rooms and the loft is in the basement. So lots of people sharing one bathroom. But it was a great location and clean and easy booking. Would recommend and would stay again without little kiddos!

Property was as advertised. Great spot for a quiet get away (emphasis on "quiet"). Beach was great and raked daily. Pool was very nice. Condo was in great shape when we arrived. Owner was quick to return questions/concerns. Highly recommended for a quiet getaway.

Enjoyed the pool and access to beach so close. The community room was great to go and play board games on rainy days, could see the lake and still stay dry! We also enjoyed meeting others at the fire ring nightly

Great stay for a family weekend!

We had a wonderful family weekend at this property. The unit was clean and comfortable and a good layout. It was just what we needed. The only thing that would have been nice was a few more dishes. We had ten people and there were exactly ten dishes, so we had to wash everything between every meal. Also, there were only three wine glasses for 6 adults. A few more would have been nice, but we made do. The property managers were very quick to reply and were very accommodating.

Great location bad layout

Pros...perfect location near Petoskey (10 min), Bay view (7 min), Harbor Springs (6 min) and Charlevoix (30 min). State park with gorgeous 1 mile of beach is about 5 minutes away. Great party store 3-4 minutes away. Condo is right across the street from the pools are maybe a block from the private beach house. We all loved the location and amenities. I have stayed at many condo rentals in Michigan and other states on vacation before and this was the best experience ever with a rental agency. The app was great. They sent emails and texts with all pertinent information. It was the most well stocked rental I've ever stayed in as far as soap, garbage bags, kleenex, dishwasher tabs, toilet paper, paper towels etc are concerned. Towels and sheets appeared bright white and brand new. Everything was neat, well stocked and comfortable. It was spacious and had plenty of seating. There were also plenty of closets and contained extra bedding plus plenty of games, tennis equipment etc. Great wooded lot. Nice balcony. Big tvs in all rooms. Parking was right there. Cons... the layout of the condo was not good. I thought it was a main floor and loft but it is actually a quad level. The basement has 2 bedrooms and the main bathroom. The min floor has the master b edroom and bath only. The next floor has the kitchen and living room. The top floor has the loft. My daughter is handicapped and I had not realized how inaccessible this property would be for her. Also, we had 4 teenage girls with us. The main bath was in the basement. It's quite a hike down the stairs from the loft or living room down to the basement. I would have liked new carpet, a working toaster and the showers need to be bleached. We would have much preferred a key code door lock. We had several keys, which was nice but my sister had trouble with her key (even with the heads up and tips from the agency). Unfortunately the door slammed behind us several times and locked automatically which really stinks. Thankfully someone was always home to let us in. A code would be so much easier. Otherwise all good.

Rented for Zoo-de-mack

We tended this condo for our group of 11, for Zoo-de-Mack weekend. The set up was perfect for us , very comfortable, and plenty of room. The only draw back was the 10 am check out which we thought was a little much, as most hotels , motels andVORB that I have stayed in have 11am or 12 pm check out . All in all it was a great stay🤗

Great location for skiing at Nubs!

Perfect location in the woods! Very quaint and nice neighborhood. Very quiet and safe as well! Close proximity to Nubs for skiing and a 10 minute drive into downtown Petoskey!
