The apartment was clean, comfortable and worked very well for our 1-week stay. The outside decks were great for watching the July 4 fireworks and viewing the harbor. The management company was responsive.

Perfect Location

Lovely downtown apartment with a crows nest wonderful view of the pier and bay. Terrific location to walk around downtown and explore the beautiful area of Harbor Springs. Great shops and restaurants within walking distance.

Wonderful stay

We really enjoyed this property. It was clean and well-appointed with everything we needed fora long weekend visit. We had all the amenities of living at home including covered parking for our car and bikes. The location was very convenient right in the heart of town. Would stay there again!

We fell in love with Harbor Springs

We couldn’t have been more happy with this property and it’s location. The only problem we ran into was that the fire alarm went off randomly in the early morning hours but it never happened again. This property was PERFECT for my wife and I to stay for our anniversary. We would definitely recommend and we will be back.

Great downtown spot

We enjoyed our stay and found the location to be great. Walkable to everything you’d need in Harbor Springs and a short drive to Petoskey and Boyne. It was clean and comfortable. Only feedback was that we didn’t receive check in details prior to arrival and had to reach out to access the flat. The management company was very responsive and got back to us immediately even at a late hour, but I would have preferred receiving the instructions prior to arriving.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Bedding needed to be re-cleaned, rugs needed to be re-cleaned. No umbrella for upper deck, outside lawn chairs needed to be re-cleaned. Closet door does not work, sliding screen is broken, ironing board is broken. Mgt.company came to fix what they could, but place was very cheaply done.

The location can't be beat and the amenities are sufficient. A few issues with our stay - 1) the bed sheets in the master had stains; 2) the fireplace never properly worked during our stay, despite having a repairman come service it; 3) despite the welcome materials saying parking is not enforced on Main Street, we did receive a parking ticket the first night there. One recommendation would be to replace the coffee maker with a Keurig.

We can both walk to work, dinner, or down to the water. The parking space is awesome to have although we never have to get in our car! My favorite thing is setting the mood lights at night. All of the switches are dimmable and it’s just so cozy!

It was thrilling to walk Main Street, climb the boardwalk, walk the big dock, and swim at the beach. We loved going to the roof/sue terrace to take in the harbor view. FYI. The door locking system is sensitive . We had to get management to help us twice.
