  • Venga a disfrutar de este apartamento de playa familiar en una comunidad privada. El establecimiento cuenta con 2 dormitorios (1 cama extragrande, 2 literas) y baño. La gran sala incluye cocina americana con placa de cocina Thermador, refrigerador pequeño, cafetera, horno tostador, microondas, tostadora y un juego completo de hierbas de cocina Calphalon, especias, azúcar, café y té, así como jabón, champú, detergente para la ropa y productos de papel. Hay una combinación de lavadora / secadora en el baño. The Boat House también tiene TV HD, aire acondicionado / calefacción, parrilla Weber de carbón en una gran terraza con vista a la playa privada: ¡acceso a 60 pies de costa! Nuestra asociación privada tiene un parque con un parque infantil, cancha de tenis y tejo a pocos pasos de distancia. ¡Un ferrocarril de jardín (indicador G) al lado es divertido para niños y adultos! Mira también lo que sucede en el taller. Lamentablemente, Boathouse no admite mascotas ni es accesible para sillas de ruedas, ya que hay un tramo de escaleras al aire libre para acceder al apartamento.

We had an awesome stay and enjoyed everything about this place! Great views, super comfortable, clean, and well thought out in all regards. We took advantage of the great collection of board games and were super impressed with the detail and decor throughout. Would love to stay again!

This was all around the perfect stay! It is both a cozy cabin in the woods and a convenient beach house. The kitchen is very well stocked with supplies for cooking. The boat house theme is very quaint and charming. Everything in the house is very high quality. Sitting outside on the porch or in the chairs on the beach provides a beautiful and restful experience. It is the perfect distance from town to be close to the shops but still be on a quiet private beach. Highly recommend!

The Boat house was just as advertised. Easy to find and close to everything. Beautiful views. Enjoyed the beach. We had everything we needed. The whole process was very easy. Very safe area. Highly recommended!

Charming Boathouse Stay

Very clean with nice lake decor. Quiet and good location at the beginning of Tunnel of Trees. Nice sandy beach. Charming well informed hosts. This was my second visit.

Fantastic Place

3 Girlfriends stayed two nights. Long walks on the beach, short trips to Harbor Springs and Petoskey. Host Dave shared his passion with his boat, plane and trains and gave us a tour of his workshop. Beautiful place to stay.

Great Place and Beach

My husband and I stayed at the Boat House and loved it. It was very clean, updated, had all amenities needed and the private beach was perfect. The location was quiet and within close range to the tunnel of trees, Petoskey, parks and shopping. I recommend going to the Pond Hill Farm (5 minutes away) for plenty of children activities, food, beverages and a band. We had a great stay here.
