“We were up all night because the room smelled of paint. The building was undergoing renovations. To combat the smell, we kept all the windows open. Unfortunately, we couldn’t reach customer service because it’s automated, and you never speak to a real person. It was the worst experience. I’ve switched to the Heritage hotel, but I can’t say it’s any better. In fact, it’s probably worse. There’s construction scaffolding, and it’s incredibly loud. I’m disappointed with Marriott.”

“Great location for family wedding. View of lighthouse compromise by oak tree limb. Some attention to repairs included light out over sink, under microwave, oven. The kitchen sink faucet swivels around and doesn’t stop so hard to judge cold and hot. Could not get to the iron and board as closet was locked. A little more bath soap would be nice. Good bed covers and lots of towels. ”

“Do not book this owner. They took my booking and money, only to cancel my reservation the day before I was supposed to check-in. Left my entire family without a vacation. Very unhappy.”
