“After a booking mixup on what Expedia had listed & what the property details were.. we were happily surprised that the staff & GM made an exception for our reservation. Everyone was very helpful, room was great, clean, great outdoor spaces & easy beach access.”

“The property had everything that we needed to have a great family vacation.”

“Thoroughly enjoyed my stay in this peaceful beach house/ tree house. Surrounded by nature, it feels like you're miles away, but really you're only steps from the heart of Harbor town. The house was clean, the bed was comfortable, the kitchen and bathroom were well stocked, and there was even a complimentary basket of snacks. I have stayed in many places in Hilton Head over the past fifteen years and this is one of my favorites. For beach, access the sea pines trolley can pick you up at harbor...

“We just stayed in this condo, very clean, easy to communicate with host, check in was seamless. Location was centrally located and not far from Harbor Town. We took trolly to The Beach Club. Just a short walk to get on trolly.”

“Very clean and excellent location right around the corner from HarborTown.”

“Well stocked kitchen. ”

“Loved the location, the condo had everything we needed, and the host was great to work with.”

“Do not book this owner. They took my booking and money, only to cancel my reservation the day before I was supposed to check-in. Left my entire family without a vacation. Very unhappy.”

“The kitchen was recently refreshed and it is beautiful. Excellent beverage center with refrigerator. The property is spacious and welcoming. With an excellent mattress in the master bedroom. And comes with 2 bicycles making the commute to beach even faster then a 10 minute walk.”

“The host cancelled two days before and no reason why. No support to resolve.”

“Beautiful home to stay in, open floor plan. The kitchen counter is huge and accommodates six large chairs, with adjacent dining area for 12. This home is third row with easy beach walk access. Two washers and two dryers on second and third floors.Sleeping accommodations on all three floors.Plenty of thick beach towels were provided along with beach chairs, beach wagon and boogie boards. The pool had several flotation devices provided. Hopefully we’ll be back next year.”

“Rented this in addition to our owner unit for extra family. As always Mariott had everything needed including a pack n play with sheets in all units. Grounds and amenities including the beach were perfect.”
