They gave Me personal service several times ev n came to my room to show me how to work the heating system when zI asked to stay an extra night and single room wasn’t available, they adjusted the price on a larger room so I could stay”

“El personal de recepción fue muy atento y amable. No obstante, la limpieza en el baño dejaba bastante que desear (se podían apreciar pelos en la repisa del lavabo) y la ducha no funcionaba! Lo comunicamos a recepción e intentaron arreglarlo, pero al ser Año Nuevo no pudieron contactar con ningún fontanero. Esto desmereció muchísimo la estancia.”
