Shady Potts Point Cottage Cooled by Ocean Breezes
- Quaint, old fashioned and lovely cottage, shaded by huge trees and cooled by off-shore breezes in historic Potts Point. Start the day with a cup of coffee while curled up on the glassed-in side porch with a book, end the day watching the sunset over the water from the front porch. Wander to the beach or buy lobsters straight off the boat at Erica's at the Dolphin Marina. Take in the lobster boat races after a short walk to Pott's Point. Enjoy farmers markets, restaurants and the Maine State Music Theater in Brunswick and then come home to the peace of Harpswell.

Everything is perfect about the cottage! We kayaked, hiked local trails and had delicious lobster. The front porch is iconic! We’ll be back.

This was a wonderful property. Location was great, can easily walk to attractions and restaurants. It was very clean and host was quick to reply. Checkin was easy and they were there waiting with the keys. Since the location is central it was noisy at night.

Excellent stay, again!
This was our family’s second stay at Molly’s sweet cottage. It has been maintained very well over its many years, and provides the perfect setting for a weeklong getaway in one of our favorite places. We would love to return again, soon!

The charm of this historical home can't be beat!
This is our fifth stay at the "Toy House," as my girls dubbed this Potts Point gem several years ago. We keep coming back for the comfort and at-ease-ness we feel here, and how close it is to all the fun Harpswell has to offer! Thank you, Molly and family, for sharing your home with us!

Gorgeous Maine Views
This charming house with a beautiful, remote location was such a wonderful place to unwind. With a fishing pier nearby and gorgeous views on long beach walks, this was amazing. Molly's place was clean, cozy, and cannot forget to mention the oceanview sunroom. Cannot wait to return.

Comfortable home in lovely location. Wonderful veranda and closed-in sun room to enjoy !! Quiet neighbourhood and easy access to beach (for walking and exploring). Gorgeous sunsets. Everything you expect to enjoy on a holiday in Maine !

Tip of harpswell
Great spot. See water one way but get the breezes from both east and west. Great porches in and out. Beds are fine. Ate at ericas and dolphin marina..recommend both. Hope to return next summer

Beautiful location
This house is located in a perfect spot for ocean views and cool breezes. Our vacation was cut short unfortunately one of our dogs became very ill and we had to rush home after a couple of days. Hopefully, we’ll be able to come back and visit.

Charming cottage with water views
Very well appointed cottage, close to water access in lovely area of Harpswell, ME. Lots to see and do nearby (kids will be happy on the nearby beach and the cottage has toys, games and videos.) Adults can enjoy local preserve trails, boat ramp is close, or just sit on the lovely front porch and relax. Several local eating places or everything necessary to prepare meals onsite. Perfect spot from which to experience the Maine coast.
